| With the continuous development of oil and gas fields and the increase of production life,the actual operation of some surface gathering pipeline system is quite different from the development plan,for example,the introduction of newly developed production blocks,wellhead pressure,temperature,output oil and gas medium parameters and exploitation methods have changed.On the other hand,with the increase of the service life of the surface gathering and transportation pipeline,there is a certain degree of depreciation loss of the pipeline itself,and its integrity and safety are far from that at the beginning of the pipeline operation.These changes will inevitably lead to changes in the adaptability of the oil field surface gathering and transportation pipeline system.Therefore,in order to guarantee the safe production of the oil pipeline system and comprehensive development efficiency,smooth operation from pipes,pipe running efficient and safe operation of pipeline three aspects analyzes and summarizes factors affecting pipeline adaptability,conducted on T oilfield of the adaptability evaluation system research of carbon steel type oil and gas pipeline,the main research contents and results are as follows:1.Through the literature research and the field data collection,analyzed T oil field pipeline in the production of various kinds of problems existing in the operation of,such as technology and the smooth running of pipeline integrity effect exist pipeline and pipeline essence safety related factors,to determine the adaptability evaluation of oil and gas pipeline research purpose and scope of application,The principles of "quantification,operability and accessibility" are put forward.Centering on the three aspects of "smooth pipeline operation,efficient pipeline operation and safe pipeline operation",the adaptability evaluation system framework is constructed,the adaptability evaluation system structure levels are sorted out,and a five-level adaptability evaluation index system suitable for the natural gas and crude oil gathering and transportation pipeline of T oilfield is established.2.In view of the adaptability evaluation index system has been built,put forward the adaptability evaluation method of oil field oil and gas pipeline,based on the intuitionistic fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(IFAHP)index system at all levels in the index weight score calculation method research,and finally determine the evaluation index system of five weight value of each hierarchy index entries in the configuration;A fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model for the adaptability of oil and gas gathering and transportation pipeline is established.3.Based on the adaptability evaluation index system,the adaptability evaluation software of oil and gas gathering and transportation pipelines was compiled using Qt5.12.5 platform and C++ programming language,and five functional interface modules of "main interface-pipeline information input,expert weight evaluation,index weight calculation,pipeline adaptability calculation and result output" were designed and developed.It lays a foundation for the popularization and application of adaptability evaluation system.4.A set in service of T oilfield gas trunk line to carry out the evaluation system of research and application of the analysis of the evaluation result of its poor "adaptive",around the "pipeline efficiency","medium corrosion harm","soil corrosion harm","patrol and protect effectiveness","applicability" defects,etc,make the adaptive enhancement countermeasures.The application research shows that the adaptability evaluation system and evaluation software are operable,practical and extendable. |
