With the development of society,people’s awareness of protection is improving,a variety of brands and types of summer functional clothing such as sun protection clothing,quick drying clothing and so on increase in a short time,but the quality is different.The existing sun protection clothing,moisture absorption quick drying clothing,cold clothing and so on mostly by adding additives to give fabric functionality,there are problems with washing function decline,in order to solve these problems,improve the summer fabric moisture absorption quick drying performance,sunscreen performance,and make it with a good sense of cool,first to the consumer market and clothing market to do cognition and demand research analysis,On this basis,AIRCLAD modified polyester yarn was selected as raw material to design and weave15 kinds of knitted fabrics with different structures and structural parameters.Meanwhile,5 ordinary polyester yarn woven fabrics and 18 fabrics on the market were set as the control group.PW-5P-AT2 automatic water absorption speed tester,ultraviolet spectrometer,KES-F7 contact temperature sensitivity tester and other instruments to test their moisture absorption,dry,contact cold sensitivity and sunscreen performance.Spearman grade correlation analysis and multiple linear regression analysis were used to analyze the relationship between fabric structure parameters and properties,and comprehensive fuzzy evaluation was used to obtain the best process parameters.To simulate the effect of wear performance on fabric function,artificial sweat(acid and alkaline sweat)was used to simulate human sweat impregnation fabric,and different airing time was set to explore the effect of sweat content on fabric function.The general washing degree and pilling instrument of household washing machine were used to simulate the influence of washing and friction on fabric functionality.The results showed that:(1)the basic structural parameters of knitted fabrics had a significant effect on the moisture absorption,quick drying,sun protection and cold sensitivity.The surface density had a significant effect on the moisture absorption,sun protection and cold sensitivity,and the thickness had a significant effect on the texture.(2)The basic structure of knitted fabrics and the evaluation model of moisture absorption and quick drying sunscreen cold sensation are constructed,which can evaluate the functionality of summer composite functional fabrics to a certain extent.(3)The sweating rate and washing influence the sun protection and cold sensitivity of the fabric but have no effect on the moisture absorption and quick drying performance.Friction influences the sun protection,cold sensation,and quick drying performance of the fabric.
