Asparagus is an increasingly popular agricultural product in recent years.With the increasing demand for asparagus and the continuous development of asparagus planting technology in China,China has become the world’s largest asparagus growers and exporters.However,looking at the food safety field in recent years,almost every year some negative news has been exposed,which seriously affects the safety of consumers.Asparagus goes through quite a complicated process from farm to table.At present,some asparagus growers are of low quality.They blindly pursue profit and their own legal awareness is weak,and often abuse pesticides and fertilizers in the process of asparagus cultivation.These will seriously affect the quality of asparagus and the life health and safety of consumers.At present,there are few researches on asparagus traceability in China.Due to the excessive information involved in the process from planting to selling of asparagus,it is difficult for regulatory authorities to evaluate and supervise the quality of asparagus efficiently and accurately through the existing agricultural product traceability system.Therefore,it is necessary to establish a safe traceability system for asparagus.Starting from the background and significance of the establishment of asparagus traceability system,this paper analyzed the current situation of food safety traceability system at home and abroad,and understood the process of asparagus from planting to selling.Agricultural Internet of Things technology is adopted,sensors,monitoring and other equipment are used for data collection,two-dimensional code technology is used to trace the source,and agricultural Internet of Things technology,My SQL database,two-dimensional code recognition technology,MD5 encryption and other technologies adopted in this system are analyzed.Combined with HACCP food safety certification system,the key points that should be controlled in the whole process of asparagus traceability were analyzed to prepare for the establishment of a safe and reliable traceability system.The fuzzy evaluation method was introduced to evaluate the quality grade of asparagus comprehensively through the detected pesticide residue data.A traceability system suitable for producers,consumers,regulators and other roles was established,and the functions and operation methods of each module of the system were introduced.Then the asparagus traceability platform was tested on functions,safety performance,stability,compatibility and other related aspects to verify the feasibility of the platform,and some deficiencies were summarized and optimization schemes were proposed.The design of this traceability system conforms to the actual production and traceability requirements,and realizes the traceability of information in all aspects of asparagus from planting to harvesting,quality inspection,transportation and sales,which not only helps producers,consumers and regulators to have a deep understanding of all aspects of asparagus production,but also provides great convenience for asparagus growers and improves the production and sales volume of asparagus.
