| Shearer is an important equipment in fully mechanized coal mining face,and rocker arm is the component with the highest failure rate in shearer.Using oil online monitoring technology to obtain the lubrication and wear state of the rocker arm can effectively improve the working reliability of the shearer rocker arm.Aiming at the transmission structure and lubrication system of shearer rocker arm,this thesis constructs an oil on-line monitoring test bench,and carries out research on fault prediction and health management(PHM),including working condition simulation,state perception,data acquisition,fault diagnosis and prediction,and health management.By analyzing the harsh working conditions,transmission structure composition and typical faults of the shearer rocker arm underground operation,the oil parameters to be studied in this thesis are determined as viscosity,moisture,dielectric constant,density and abrasive concentration,and the relationship between the typical faults of the rocker arm and the change of oil parameters is established.Through the analysis of the physical and chemical parameters of lubricating oil,the mutual influence relationship between the parameters of lubricating oil is obtained.Through the analysis of the change rule of abrasive concentration,the relationship between abrasive concentration and equipment wear degree is explored.Based on the shearer rocker arm working condition simulation test bench,an oil online monitoring device was designed.Through the design of sampling pipeline and the selection of sampling pump,the design of oil sampling module is completed.Through the selection and calibration of oil sensor and the design of sensor installation valve block,the design of oil detection module is completed.Through the design of data acquisition instrument and signal transmission scheme and the configuration of Modbus protocol,the design of data acquisition and conversion module is completed.By integrating the above three modules,the hardware part of the oil online monitoring system is designed.The architecture of PHM system for on-line monitoring of shearer rocker oil is designed.Through the design of the condition monitoring part,the data preprocessing and threshold alarm function are realized.Through the construction of oil parameter prediction model based on multivariate LSTM model and improved fuzzy BP neural network model based on MCS,and using the measured data of shearer rocker arm to verify the performance of the model,the function of fault prediction and fault diagnosis is realized.Through the design of the database structure required for health management,the function of automatic maintenance decision is realized.The software development design and function test of the shearer rocker arm oil online monitoring PHM system were carried out.Based on the analysis of the functional requirements of the host computer software,the software module is divided,the overall software framework is designed,and the software development tools are selected.Through the design of the software interface and specific functions,the overall development of the software is completed;the diagnostic function and stability of the software are verified by using the test data of the rocker arm working condition simulation test bench.This thesis has 70 figures,31 tables,and 83 references. |
