| At present, the comprehensive treatment of coal mining settlement area is mainly based on ecological landscape construction, which has achieved certain ecological and economic benefits in a certain period and scope, but there are still a lot of idle and inefficient land, and the utilization rate of water and soil resources needs to be further improved. At the same time,as resilient spatial planning has gradually become the focus of urban sustainable development, coal mining subsidence areas usher in an opportunity for transformation and development. Therefore, this thesis proposes to incorporate resilience thinking into the comprehensive planning of coal mining subsidence area, explore a new mode of characteristic "floating space" combining water environment governance and construction land development, construct water and land landscape space in coal mining subsidence area according to local conditions, promote the integration of urban and rural, ecological livable new urbanization construction, and the implementation of urban renewal actions.Taking Huainan Panxie mining area as an example for empirical research, according to the construction idea of "taking water as the core and radiating the surrounding",the basic framework of the shape layout and spatial structure of the water and land landscape space is formed, which promotes the integrated development between urban and rural areas and becomes a reference scheme for the optimal utilization of coal mining subsidence areas. The whole paper is divided into five parts, which study the spatial morphology of land and water landscape in coal mining subsidence area:(1)Analyze existing problems. The subsidence and water accumulation of coal mining lead to the evolution of the ecosystem to the combination of water and land, resulting in the fragile ecological function, environmental pollution, and greatly increasing the instability of landscape space.Based on the analysis of the above problems, the research content, methods and technical routes of resilient aquatic landscape space are summarized as a whole.(2)Establish the foundation for construction. The dilemma of coal mining subsidence control and the demand of new urbanization construction are viewed from the perspective of dynamic development, and the construction foundation of water and land landscape space is established through the analysis of the necessity and feasibility of space construction.(3)Construct an evaluation system.Integrating literature, field research, resident interviews and other information, specific evaluation indicators of ecological environment, economic development, social phenomenon, institutional system, and infrastructure construction were screened out,and the evaluation index framework of spatial resilience was formed. The analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method are used to calculate the importance weights of all levels of indicators and the spatial toughness evaluation scores,so as to construct the spatial toughness evaluation system of coal mining subsidence area.(4)Propose a planning strategy.Guided by the results reflected in the spatial resilience assessment system, the planning ideas and construction objectives of the aquatic and terrestrial landscape space are clarified, and the basic framework of the spatial form of the aquatic and terrestrial landscape is constructed, including the construction of the aquatic and terrestrial composite ecosystem, the construction of the scattered architectural space, the establishment of an open and interconnected road system, and the shaping of dynamic and diverse spatial nodes.(5)Conduct empirical research. The subsidence waters of Panxie mining area in Huainan are selected for empirical research.According to the idea of "taking water as the core and radiating surrounding",the characteristic "land and water development circle" is formed,so as to verify the practical value of the spatial form of resilient land and water landscape in the comprehensive planning of coal mining subsidence areas. |
