In recent years,the country attaches more and more importance to the high quality development of the coal industry,industry automation,information construction has become the focus.But for a long time,coal enterprises in this aspect of the relative shortage of talent,especially the information,intelligent management of professionals.In 2020,Qianjiaying Mining Company was identified as one of the first batch of national intelligent demonstration construction coal mine and group company intelligent demonstration leading mine.In order to meet the demand of professional talents for intelligent mine construction,Qianjiaying Mining Company launched the professional talents training project timely.However,after nearly two years of operation,there are problems such as slow growth of talents,ineffective training effect and low recognition of employees,It is necessary to optimize the design of the project to better promote the construction of intelligent mine.This thesis takes Qianjiaying Mining Company’s professional talents training project as the research object,Firstly,the existing literature on the development,design,assessment and evaluation of professional talent training projects is reviewed,and the theoretical basis is determined.Then,on the basis of detailed understanding of organizational management,scope management,quality management,human resource management and other aspects,the project management maturity theory is introduced,the evaluation matrix model is constructed,and the maturity evaluation is carried out.After that,the comprehensive evaluation method is used to determine the comprehensive index of each index in the index system by establishing the index system,determining the task weight and standardizing the index value,and the main problems existing in the current project are found out through the comprehensive analysis of the comprehensive index.At the same time,this study also makes an in-depth analysis of the problems found.Finally,the relevant theories and methods in project management are used to optimize the design of the personnel training project and form a professional personnel training program in line with the actual situation of the company.Finally,a comparative analysis is made before and after the project optimization.This thesis mainly adopts literature research,questionnaire survey,system analysis,maturity model evaluation and other methods to carry out research.The research results of this thesis find out a method of using project maturity theory to carry out research on organizational maturity of talent training projects,Formed an optimization plan for training plan,scope management,training quality and other aspects,and solved the problem of professional talent training of Qianjiaying Mining Company,It has effectively promoted the intelligent mine construction of the company and the high-quality development of the enterprise.At the same time,it also provides beneficial reference for the professional talents training of the same type of mine promotion within the group.The thesis has 8 figures,19 tables and 83 references.
