Research On Responsibility Supervision Of Safety Production Subject Of Lianyungang Power Supply Enterprises

The electric power industry is the foundation of national economic development and the basic energy to maintain the development of social life,providing strong support for the development of modern agriculture,industry and high-tech industries.The power supply mainly comes from the power supply enterprises,which means that the power supply enterprises need to complete the power supply task continuously and efficiently,and provide an important guarantee for national social stability and regional economic development.Electric power production is a highly centralized social production system,which is characterized by simultaneous generation,supply and use.The interaction between electric power production and user power consumption is extremely close,which means that the safety production of power supply enterprises is complex,and also leads to frequent safety accidents of power supply enterprises.According to statistics,in 2021,there will be more than 10 safety production accidents in power supply enterprises,causing nearly 20 deaths,which will not only pose a huge threat to the safety of people’s lives and property,but also seriously affect the stable development of the socialist market economy.It is necessary to attach great importance to this.It is necessary to strengthen the supervision of the main responsibility of safety production of power supply enterprises,so as to minimize the safety production risks of power supply enterprises with strong supervision.Based on this,this thesis conducts research on the main responsibility of safety production of Lianyungang power supply enterprises from the perspective of government supervision,and analyzes the current situation of the main responsibility of safety production of Lianyungang power supply enterprises by using literature,questionnaire,interview and other methods,so as to explore the existing problems and reasons,and then formulate targeted solutions.Based on the research on the responsibility supervision of the main body of safety production of Lianyungang power supply enterprises,the following conclusions are drawn: First,there are deficiencies in the responsibility supervision of the main body of safety production of Lianyungang power supply enterprises,such as the lack of coordination ability of the power supervision team,the lagging concept and basis of safety production supervision of power supply enterprises,and the relatively traditional and single supervision means;Second,the reasons behind the deficiencies in the responsibility supervision of the main body of safety production in Lianyungang power supply enterprises are diverse,mainly including the lack of the training and selection mechanism of the main body of supervision,the formalism in the implementation of safety production in power supply enterprises,and the lack of a clear regulatory approach for collaborative and coordinated supervision;Third,the main responsibility supervision of Lianyungang safety production needs to improve the coordination ability of the safety production supervision team of power supply enterprises,improve the concept and basis of safety production supervision of power supply enterprises,and enrich the means of safety production supervision of power supply enterprises.Based on the above research results,the potential problems of Lianyungang power supply enterprises’ safety production can be excavated,the evidence of safety production can be found,and the reasons behind the problems can be discussed.It is precisely because these factors hinder Lianyungang power supply enterprises from completing safety production better,which needs to be overcome one by one,so as to continuously optimize the safety production of Lianyungang power supply enterprises,reduce the occurrence of safety accidents Better guarantee of residents’ electricity consumption.
