| With the steady rise in the size of China’s sauce-type liquor market,the industrial scale of sauce-type liquor enterprises continues to expand.While chasing the economic benefits of enterprises,the safety production of enterprises is often easily overlooked,and once a production safety accident occurs,it will bring serious impact to individuals,enterprises and society.Sauce-type liquor is mostly around 53°,with a large percentage of ethanol concentration,which is flammable and volatile,and once it encounters an ignition source,fire accidents are extremely likely to occur.Therefore,a fire risk assessment is a necessary measure to prevent fires from occurring in saucy liquor enterprises.The fire risk assessment determines the level of fire risk and the level of early warning,so that targeted prevention and control measures can be proposed,which is an important method of safety management and risk prevention and control for saucy liquor enterprises.At this stage,there is little research on the fire risk of sauce-type liquor enterprises,and the dynamic nature of fire risk in sauce-type liquor enterprises has not yet been studied,and there is a lack of effective dynamic risk assessment and early warning methods.Therefore,the aim of this paper is to study the assessment and early warning of fire risk in saucy liquor enterprises,to develop fire safety risk warning and prevention and control measures for this saucy liquor enterprise,to achieve effective prevention of fire risk in the enterprise,to make accident prevention move forward,to improve the overall safety and emergency management level of the enterprise,and to guarantee the healthy,safe and stable development of the saucy liquor industry.Based on literature review,field research and analysis of enterprise production processes,this paper firstly,uses the fault tree analysis method to complete the identification of enterprise fire risks,and initially constructs a fire risk assessment index system based on the results of the identification of fire risks in sauce-type liquor enterprises,and uses the TOPSIS method to eliminate index factors that have little effect on the assessment of fire risks in sauce-type liquor enterprises and optimise the fire risk assessment index system.Secondly,game theory is used to integrate the subjective and objective weights of the risk assessment indicators and objectively determine the importance differences of each indicator;the multidimensional cloud model is used to construct a risk assessment method from two dimensions: risk probability and risk consequence;an expert evaluation cloud is constructed based on the fuzzy multidimensional cloud affiliation function;dynamic sensing monitoring data is accessed;a multidimensional cloud synthesis algorithm is used to construct risk data iteration rules to realise the integration of the expert evaluation cloud and the risk assessment results are input,the risk warning level is output based on the risk warning threshold,and the risk warning results are simulated using MATLAB to verify the results.Finally,the method was validated and practically applied to a saucetype liquor enterprise in Guizhou Province,and the fire risk level of this sauce-type liquor enterprise was obtained to be Ⅰ,and the warning level was V,showing a green warning signal,which is in line with the actual situation of the enterprise’s production.Through the analysis of sensitive indicators of this enterprise,targeted fire risk control measures are proposed. |
