| Permeable concrete is an environmentally friendly building material that plays an important role in the construction of "sponge city".In this paper,aiming at the contradiction between the mechanical properties of permeable concrete and the water permeability properties are not easy to reconcile,the outer cylinder of the outer cylinder is ordinary concrete and the inner cylinder is permeable concrete reinforced permeable concrete.The influencing factors of the performance of the outer cylinder reinforced permeable concrete were analyzed,the relationship between the influencing factors and the performance was obtained,and the performance model of the outer cylinder reinforced permeable concrete under the action of multiple factors was established by combining the artificial neural network,and the main conclusions of the study were as follows:(1)Through theoretical calculation and numerical simulation methods,the size of the test block of the outer cylinder reinforced permeable concrete test control group was determined to be 100 mm cube and the inner diameter of the cylinder was 70 mm,and its compressive strength was 23.55 MPa and the water permeability coefficient was 2.48mm/s.According to the theory of architecture model,the structural model of the outer cylinder reinforced permeable concrete was established,and the six influencing factors of the performance of the outer cylinder reinforced permeable concrete were the strength grade,thickness,fiber content of the outer cylinder ordinary concrete,and the aggregate particle size,water-adhesive ratio and design porosity of the permeable concrete in the cylinder.(2)The analysis of the influencing factors of the performance of reinforced permeable concrete for the outer cylinder shows that increasing the strength grade and appropriate fiber content of the outer cylinder concrete can effectively improve the overall compressive strength while not affecting the water permeability performance;The influence mechanism of the changes in the particle size,water-to-adhesive ratio and design porosity parameters of the aggregate of permeable concrete in the cylinder is basically the same as that for ordinary permeable concrete.(3)It is recommended that the strength grade of ordinary concrete of the outer cylinder reinforced permeable concrete should not be less than C30,the thickness should be 10-30 mm,the fiber volume content should be 0.1%-0.3%,the particle size of the permeable concrete aggregate in the cylinder should not be greater than 10 mm,the water-to-adhesive ratio should be 0.28-0.32,and the design porosity should be 10%-15%.(4)Six factors affecting the performance of the outer cylinder reinforced permeable concrete were taken as the input layer,the compressive strength and water permeability coefficient were used as the output layer,and when the number of hidden layers was 9,the average relative error between the predicted value and the experimental value was within 10%,and the performance prediction model of the artificial neural network of the outer cylinder reinforced permeable concrete with a structure of 6-9-2 was established.The research results provide a basis and reference for the parameter design of the new permeable concrete of the outer and inner circular type and subsequent scientific research,and lay a foundation for the further application of the new permeable concrete in the project. |
