A Comparative Study Of Xi Jinping Thought On Ecological Civilization And Ecological Marxism

Since the 20 th century,the global ecological crisis has become increasingly serious,ecological theory has risen in large numbers,and ecological Marxism has also emerged,which attempts to take the connection between the capitalist mode of production and the ecological crisis as the starting point to deeply criticize capitalism,reconstruct historical materialism by reinterpreting the relationship between nature,culture and social labor,and put forward the future vision of ecosocialism.Since China’s reform and opening up,the market economy has achieved great results but also brought serious ecological problems,China has gradually begun to pay attention to the relationship between economic development and ecological protection,the task of ecological governance is arduous,but the people’s demand for improving the ecological environment is increasing day by day,China urgently needs a mature ecological theory as a guide to action,based on this background,Xi Jinping Ecological Civilization Thought came into being.Xi Jinping Ecological Civilization Thought and Ecological Marxism are both follow-ups to the Marxist view of ecology,but in the end,two different ecological theories were bred under different social soil conditions.These two ecological theories have a relatively large influence in the international green trend,and the background of the times in which the two are produced is generally the same,and the production time is basically similar,but the actual theoretical connection is the ecological practice of the East and the West,so the two have strong comparability.Taking a comparative research method to explore the similarities and differences between the two ideas and the reasons for their differences,we can further understand and learn Xi Jinping Thought on Ecological Civilization,and in-depth analysis of ecological Marxism is also of enlightening significance for our understanding of Marxist ecological view,and through the theoretical comparison of the two,it can also provide scientific thinking and practical enlightenment for the theory and practice of ecological civilization in China.For the comparative study of Xi Jinping’s ecological civilization thought and ecological Marxism,we need to start from four aspects.First,clarify and clarify the respective development process,theoretical origin and basic content of Xi Jinping Thought on Ecological Civilization and ecological Marxism.Secondly,the commonalities and differences between these two ecological theories in terms of source,content,stance,purpose,attitude and other dimensions are analyzed.Thirdly,through the comparison of various dimensions before,the difference between one theory and the other theory is summarized,and the attribution analysis of the difference between the two ecological theories is carried out,mainly focusing on the four aspects of thinking method,theoretical development,practical basis and value purpose.Finally,through the comparative analysis of these two ecological theories of the same origin,we can further clarify and understand the Marxist ecological view,excavate the ideological essence of these ecological theories,and give full play to the strengths and avoid the weaknesses,and the ecological practice based on the two ecological theories can also provide practical enlightenment for the construction of ecological civilization in China today.
