With the rapid development of modern industry,combustible dust is always produced,and a large number of combustible dust explosions will cause huge loss of life and property.Today,the state has formulated relevant technical and equipment regulations for the transportation and storage of combustible dust.However,in the case of transporting combustible dust by pipeline,there are problems such as dust remaining in the pipeline and low cleaning efficiency.Residual combustible dust has certain safety hazards,as well as the problem of high cleaning cost caused by low cleaning efficiency.The technical application of pipeline cleaning robots for cleaning industrial pipelines has been widely used,but most pipeline cleaning robots use cables and portable power supplies to provide energy.For combustible dust pipelines,using highpower devices will have certain safety hidden danger.In this paper,the pressure difference generated by the peripheral fan in the combustible dust transportation pipeline is used as the power source of the pipeline robot,and the cleaning efficiency is improved by compressing the airflow in the pipeline to generate high-speed gas to purge the residual dust in the pipeline.Based on the above design scheme,the energy conversion device,flexible adaptive luffing mechanism,adaptive cleaning device and detection device of the pipeline robot are designed.An experimental platform for combustible dust dust removal system was built,and a physical prototype was developed to verify the actual cleaning effect.Use fluid dynamics to establish the dynamic mathematical model of the pipeline robot,judge the feasibility of the design plan,use ANSYS FLUENT software to simulate the flow field of the model,obtain the distribution of the wind speed field and pressure field of the flow field,and develop the pipeline robot and use it in the combustible field.The walking experiment was carried out in the dust pipeline.The results show that the pipeline robot can pass in curved pipes,vertical pipes and variable-diameter pipes.The effect of pipeline robot on the dust cleaning effect in combustible dust pipeline was studied.The results show that under the same working conditions,the pipeline cleaning robot can effectively improve the cleaning efficiency of the dust removal system,and the cleaning efficiency can be increased by 60%~70%.On this basis,the residual amount of dust in the pipeline can be reduced and the cleaning cost can be saved.
