Construction And Application Of Evaluation Model For Core Competitiveness Of Coal Mining Enterprises

As China’s main energy and important industrial raw materials,coal is an important commodity related to the national economy and the people’s livelihood.With the remarkable achievements in the supply side structural reform of the coal industry,the coal overcapacity has been effectively alleviated,and the medium and high-speed development of China’s macro economy will also make the energy demand grow steadily.The development prospect of the coal industry is still very broad.During the "14th five year plan" period,the coal industry is generally facing the development pattern of both opportunities and challenges.In order to promote coal mining enterprises to achieve the goal of high-quality development and maintain relative advantages in competition,it is of great significance to explore the core competitiveness of coal mining enterprises.Therefore,based on the construction of the evaluation index system and evaluation model of the core competitiveness of coal mining enterprises,this paper evaluates and analyzes the core competitiveness of SSB mining company,puts forward countermeasures,and puts forward universal suggestions for the promotion of the core competitiveness of coal mining enterprises.The main research work and conclusions are as follows:(1)Build the evaluation index system and evaluation model of core competitiveness of coal mining enterprises.Firstly,the evaluation index system of core competitiveness of coal mining enterprises is established by using Delphi method after primary selection and selection.The system includes 7 primary indicators such as enterprise scale and intelligence level and 23 secondary indicators such as total assets and operating income.Then the weight of each index item is calculated by analytic hierarchy process.Finally,the industry standard value of evaluation index is determined,and the evaluation process of core competitiveness is given.(2)Comprehensive evaluation of SSB mining company.The core competitiveness evaluation model is used to evaluate and score the core competitiveness of the selected case company S SB mining company.According to the final score,carry out comprehensive evaluation and analysis,and put forward corresponding countermeasures to strengthen the core competitiveness from five aspects:promoting intelligent construction,deepening safe production and green development,and strengthening the construction of talent team.(3)Put forward suggestions for coal mining enterprises to improve their core competitiveness.According to the evaluation model of the core competitiveness of coal mining enterprises and the study of case companies,this paper puts forward universal suggestions for the improvement of the core competitiveness of coal mining enterprises.That is,it is elaborated from six aspects:intelligent construction of coal mine,ensuring safe production and creating green ecology.This paper further enriches the relevant research results on the core competitiveness of coal mining enterprises at home and abroad.The research conclusions and suggestions have certain reference significance for SSB mining company and coal mining enterprises.
