| Inkjet printing digital camouflage fabric presents the advantages of a strong sense of pattern space,a good fusion effect with background,and on-demand surface pattern design,which can significantly improve the battlefield survivability of military targets.However,the current disperse dye inkjet printing ink does not have the visible-near-infrared camouflage function.Although the inkjet printed fabric can have the same color and texture as the background environment,it cannot accurately simulate the green vegetation“red edge”,“green peak”and“near-infrared plateau”.As a result,the fabric has the same color as the background environment but different spectra,which cannot effectively counter the existing reconnaissance technology.Therefore,the development of visible-near infrared camouflage inkjet inks to prepare camouflage fabrics with the same color and spectrum as the background is of great significance for ensuring the survival of camouflage targets.Based on this,this study explored the effects of disperse dye types,disperse dye compounding ratio and printing process on the“red edge”,“green peak”,and“near-infrared plateau”of fabrics,and constructed a visible-near infrared camouflage disperse dye ink system.The specific research contents are as follows:Firstly,various green leaves,soil and dead leaves were selected as simulation targets,and the corresponding reflection spectral channels were drawn.The effects of the type and amount of disperse dyes,the type and proportion of dye compounding on“red edge”,“green peak”,and“near-infrared plateau”were studied,and the disperse dyes with visible-near infrared camouflage function were screened.The results showed that in the simulation of the spectral characteristics of green leaves,disperse blue 60 could meet the requirements of the starting position and slope of“red edge”.With the increase of disperse blue 60,the starting position of the“red edge”was unchanged,and the slope K720 decreased.Adjusting the compounding ratio of disperse blue 60,disperse orange 30,disperse deep blue SUBC 12 and disperse yellow CPY015 can accurately regulate“Green Peak”.Changing the type of disperse dyes and the dye compounding had no significant effect on the“Near Infrared Plateau”.By comprehensively simulating the spectral characteristics of green leaves,soil and dead leaves,five visible-near infrared camouflage disperse dyes were screened out:disperse blue 60,disperse orange 30,disperse deep blue SUBC 12 and disperse yellow CPY015 and disperse red CPM 011.Secondly,the effects of fabric specifications,water content and carbon black printing process on the“near infrared plateau”were discussed.The standard dark green DG0847,medium green MG1151,yellow-green YG1758,cinnamon soil BE1225,red soil RE1331 and loess YE2337 in GJB 798-90“Camouflage Coating Film Color”,as well as the actual dead leaves,ginkgo and maple leaves were used as color imitation targets to prepare a variety of green leaf,soil and dead leaf printed fabrics,and their camouflage performance and wearability were measured.The results show that reducing the fabric’s thickness,increasing the fabric’s water content,and printing carbon black can reduce the reflectivity of the fabric in the“near-infrared plateau”band.The carbon black printing method significantly affects the visible-near infrared reflectance spectra of printed fabrics.When carbon black was printed on the reverse side of the printed fabric,with the increase of black carbon content,the reflectance of the fabric in the near-infrared region gradually decreased,and the reflectance in the visible region did not change significantly.When carbon black and dye were blended and printed on the fabric,the visible-near infrared reflectance of the fabric gradually decreased with the increase of black carbon content,and the slope of the spectral curve decreased between650-700 nm in the visible region and increased between 700-1200 nm in the near-infrared region.By adjusting the ratio of disperse blue 60,disperse dark blue SUBC 12,disperse orange 30,disperse yellow CPY 015,disperse red CPM 011 to carbon black and the printing process,the spectral curves of the prepared imitation green leaf printed fabrics(DG-1,MG-2,YG-3),imitation soil printed fabrics(BE-4,RE-5,YE-6)and imitation dead leaf printed fabrics(Wannianqing-7,Ginkgo-8,Maple-9)were higher than 89%,91%and 87%in the spectral channels of green leaf,soil and dead leaf,respectively.The color difference with the imitation color standard was less than 3.The softness and air permeability are close to those of the original polyester fabric.The washing fastness and rubbing fastness reach grade 5,and the sunlight resistance is higher than 96 h.The above experimental results show that the printed fabric has good camouflage performance and wearability.Finally,through the ultrafine processing of the selected disperse dyes,the effects of dispersants and surfactants on the performance of inks were demonstrated.The inks’physical and chemical properties,stability,filtration performance and inkjet printing performance were characterized.The visible-near infrared camouflage disperses dye ink system was constructed.The results show that when the mass ratio of disperse blue 60 to dispersant BYK-190 is 1.0:1.0,and the grinding time is 12 h,the grinding dispersion effect of dye dispersion is better,and the particle size is 105.9 nm.With the increase of surfactant BYK-348 in ink,the surface tension of disperse blue 60 ink decreased first and then stabilized.According to the formula of defoamer 0.01 wt%,1,2-propanediol 30 wt%,dye dispersion 40 wt%,surfactant BYK-3480.40 wt%,0.40 wt%,0.20 wt%,0.20 wt%and 0.20 wt%,respectively,five kinds of disperse dye inks of disperse blue 60,disperse blue SUBC 12,disperse orange 30,disperse yellow CPY 015 and disperse red CPM 011 were prepared.All of them meet inkjet requirements and have good stability and filtration performance.The particle size of the ink is between 65.00and 173.00 nm,the Zeta potential is between-36.00 and-29.00 m V,the surface tension is between 25.00 and 33.00 m N/m,the p H is between 6.00 and 7.00,and the viscosity is between 3.00 and 4.00 m Pa·s at 25℃;the particle size retention rate in the stability test was higher than 80%.The five disperse dye inks have good stability and filtration performance.Their centrifugal heat-resistant high-temperature storage and room temperature storage stability are higher than 80%,and the filtration flow rates are 200,375,188,428 and 167g/min,respectively.The above results demonstrated that the polyester inkjet printed fabrics prepared with five kinds of inks have bright colors and no uncolored defects. |
