With economic development acceleration in China,the position of the petroleum industry has been rising in the industry,and pumping units are widely used in oil fields.Among all kinds of pumping equipment,beam pumping unit is the most widely used lifting equipment in oil field,accounting for about 95% of the artificial lifting equipment in oil well.Because the pumping unit is the main production equipment in the oilfield,the power consumption of the motor driving it accounts for a large proportion of the total power consumption in the oilfield,about 40%.But for a variety of reasons,the efficiency of the drive motor is very low.,which also leads to a waste of energy in the oil field,and increases the cost of oil extraction.So how to reduce the energy consumption of the motor is undoubtedly the key issue of energy saving.This paper first explores the energy consumption principle of the pumping unit and the working characteristics of the pumping unit under the normal power frequency,and makes a theoretical analysis on the kinematics and dynamics of the pumping unit,then obtains the energy-saving control method of the non-constant load through the relationship between the current,power and the speed of the pumping unit.Secondly,the current mainstream energy-saving control methods of pumping units are analyzed.Finally,a flexible control scheme is put forward based on the above.This scheme is controlled by the intelligent control algorithm Fuzzy PID under the condition of double feedback of power and rotation speed,and an efficient and practical control strategy is obtained to improve the energy saving characteristics of the motor,and the application of flexible control can automatically adapt to different well conditions.At the same time,this paper establishes the model of flexible control system using MATLAB simulation software,and conducts simulation experiments on it.By comparing the power frequency control algorithm with the double feedback PID control algorithm and the double feedback fuzzy PID control algorithm in the simulation experiment,we can see that the results obtained by the simulation under the control of the double feedback fuzzy PID algorithm achieve the ’Eliminating Peak and Filling Valley’ of the motor power,which greatly reduces the consumption value of the motor power,and achieves the closed-loop control of the beam pumping unit energy-saving control.The dynamic parameters of the flexible control system and the robust performance of the system can satisfy the requirements of symbol design.
