| Logistics industry as our carbon dioxide emissions second only to industry,the industry in promoting economic development at the same time,inevitably brought a series of environmental problems.In order to achieve carbon peak as early as possible,developing low carbon logistics is very important to our country to achieve energy saving,emission reduction and low carbon economic development,but our region is vast,different regions logistics industry development level and carbon emission situation is different,namely logistics industry carbon intensity level is different.In order to effectively reduce the carbon dioxide intensity of China’s logistics industry,combined with the driving factors of the carbon intensity of logistics in different regions,this paper analyzes the regional differences in the carbon intensity of logistics,implements carbon emission reduction measures according to local conditions,and puts forward policy suggestions for the green development of logistics industry,which is also the purpose and significance of this study.The research content of this paper includes: Logarithmic mean Divisia index(LMDI)is introduced to investigate the carbon intensity level of China’s logistics industry from 2004 to 2019.Logarithmic mean Divisia Index is introduced to investigate the factor decomposition of the carbon intensity level of China’s logistics industry from 2004 to 2019.On this basis,by introducing the Meta-frontier method,Production theory Decomposition Analysis(PDA)is decomposed into nine driving factors in this paper.The relationship between driving factors and carbon intensity was also discussed.In the exploration at the spatial level,this paper uses Theil index to analyze the interval and regional spatial differences in the carbon intensity of logistics industry during the study period,and then builds the M-R spatial decomposition model and applies it to the comparative analysis of the driving factors of the spatial differences in the carbon intensity of logistics industry,and describes and analyzes each province and region according to the decomposition results.The results of this paper show that the carbon intensity level of the logistics industry in 2019 in all provinces of China has decreased to some extent compared with that in 2004,and Hebei Province has the highest reduction ratio.The overall difference of logistics carbon emission in China is mainly dominated by the change of regional differences,but the difference between provinces in the region plays a small role.Whether in terms of time series or space difference,potential energy intensity effect is the main driving factor of logistics carbon intensity change,followed by production technology gap,energy technology gap and production technology,the largest contribution to the logistics carbon intensity difference.The contribution of pure production efficiency,energy structure,energy-saving technology and pure energy efficiency is less.According to the conclusion of this paper,in order to effectively reduce the carbon intensity level of the logistics industry,energy efficiency can be improved by reducing energy intensity.Optimize energy consumption structure,strengthen regional exchanges,and promote technological progress. |
