| Coal mine transportation systems are complex systems of machines,people,materials,laws and the environment.With the advancement of intelligent coal mines,the underground transportation equipment of coal mines has become more and more complex,and the risk factors causing coal mine transportation accidents have been increasing;at the same time,the imperfect safety management system and the imperfect risk prevention system are also important factors restricting the safety of coal mine transportation.Therefore,through the construction of a risk analysis and prevention system for coal mine transportation systems and ensuring the safe operation of coal mine transportation systems,it has become an urgent problem to be solved in the coal industry.Based on this,the main research contents of this paper include:First of all,by collecting coal mine transportation accident case reports,labeling and classifying accidents according to transportation modes,using text mining methods to preprocess accident reports,and constructing a data set of accident risk factors in coal mine transportation systems,the risk factors of coal mine transportation accidents are accurately identified.Secondly,on the basis of the theoretical analysis of fault trees,taking the accidents of each transport system as the top event and the personnel,equipment and environmental factors as intermediate events,the fault tree models of the flat lane,inclined lane and vertical well lifting transport system are constructed respectively,the minimum cut set and structural importance of the fault tree model are calculated,and the risk factors are sorted by structural importance to achieve the preliminary risk study of the transport system.Then,based on the conversion of the fault tree model into Bayesian network structure,a complete coal mine transportation accident network model is constructed by counting the probability distribution of Bayesian network nodes,and the posterior probabilities of each risk factor are calculated and sorted by GeNle software.Further,the results of the inference of fault trees and Bayesian networks are synthesized to identify the main risk factors for each transport system.Finally,the pre-hazard analysis method is used to systematically analyze the causes,consequences and control measures of the risk factors in the transportation system,and further construct the risk pre-control system from the three levels of facility support,technical measures and safety management,so as to provide reference for improving the safe operation of the underground and have important value for ensuring safe transportation operations. |
