A Study On The Language Conversion Of Traditional Embroidery In Modern Fiber Art

Embroidery is one of the folk inheritance of traditional arts and crafts in China,known as"the calligraphy of the attic",since it was born which has a very special place,in addition to meet the needs of real life,reflect people’s pursuit for a better life,to be an integral part of traditional etiquette is very important.At the same time,also need to acquire one of the important skills of the ancient women.Embroidery craft is influenced by the development of The Times,economic situations,cultural thoughts,scientific and technological level and other comprehensive factors.There are various types of traditional embroidery,and the well-known embroidery represented by the "Four famous embroideries" is well known to people.However,Qin embroidery,as a distinctive embroidery type in Shaanxi Province,is unfamiliar to the public and does not know much its details.In the 1980s,the Modern fiber art took root in China,and its influence is still in a small professional scope,which is not widely spread.By combining the characteristics of Qin embroidery and modern fiber art,this paper studies the following three aspects:(1)Sorting out the artistic language of Qin embroidery;(2)Combing the language of modern fiber art;(3)Qin embroidery made the language transformation in modern fiber art.The research methods used in this paper mainly include literature research,field investigation,comparative analysis and induction.This thesis is mainly composed of introduction,text and conclusion.The specific content is organized as follows:The introduction part describes the purpose and significance of the topic selection,research status and the research methods of the paper.The main body is divided into four parts.The first part conducts the concept,origin and historical development of the Chinese traditional embroidery,summarized the technological characteristics of the four famous embroideries and the minority embroidery,and provides reference for the next study of Qin embroidery.The second part summarizes the traditional embroidery types in Shaanxi Province and discusses the development and current situation of Qin embroidery.The linguistic features of Qin embroidery are summarized from its technological features.The third part summarizes the origin,development,current situation and application of modern fiber art,and discusses the exchange process of modern fiber art between China and foreign countries.The language features of modern fiber art are summarized from its technological features.The forth part is to discuss the concrete realization of language conversion research in modern fiber art of Qin embroidery,which is also the innovation of this study.Through the research,we can draw a conclusion that Qin embroidery can be transformed based on their own language characteristics in modern fiber art.By drawing lessons from the creative ideas and artistic expression techniques of modern fiber art,we can broaden the channels for the inheritance and development of Qin embroidery,stimulate the public’s interest in Qin embroidery,understand its technological characteristics and cultural precipitation behind it,and achieve the goal of enhancing the confidence of national culture.The novel way of converting traditional embroidery and modern fiber art also makes modern fiber art better sinicized and localized.,and exports and shares excellent traditional Chinese culture to the world.
