In this study, high performance liquid chromatography-high-resolution mass spectrometry(HPLC-HRMS,Q-Exactive Orbitrap)and Compound Discoverer 3.3were used to screen the sclerotia net degradation products in soil, tomato and rice.Four metabolites 4-(3,5-dichloroanilino)-4-oxobutanoic acid,3,5-dichloroaniline,succinic acid, and muconic acid were confirmed in soil by comparison of primary and secondary ion mass spectrometry information between standards and samples; The tomato and rice systems were confirmed to contain two dimethachlon metabolites,DCBAA and3,5-DCA.HPLC-HRMS was used to develop quantitative analysis methods for dimethachlon and metabolites in soil, tomato and rice. The degradation of dimethachlon and metabolites in the unsterilized and sterilized agricultural soil indoor and field environments in three typical areas was determined.Determination of the effects of dimethachlon and major metabolites in soil on the activities of alkaline phosphatase, urease, sucrase and catalase in soil; The degradation of dimethachlon and metabolites in tomato and rice systems in different regions was measured.dimethachlon degrades quickly in three non-sterile soils with a half-life of less than one day.The maximum DCBAA and 3,5-DCA residues during degradation can reach 22.5%–35.2% of the net initial concentration of the maternal dimethachlon. The metabolite DCBAA has a greater effect on soil enzyme activity than maternal dimethachlon. The degradation of dimethachlon and metabolites in tomato and rice systems in different regions was measured, and it was found that dimethachlon degraded slowly in tomato and rice compared with soil degradation, and there were some differences in different regions, and the degradation half-life was 1.67-6.24 days.Through the family processing of tomato and rice, the effect of daily processing on the degradation of dimethachlon in tomato and rice was evaluated, and it was found that washing had a high removal rate of dimethachlon in tomato, and processed into brown rice, polished rice or cooked had a good removal effect on dimethachlon in rice.
