| As an important base for the production of aluminum and manganese products,Guizhou Province has an amazing annual output of solid waste materials.In the process of underground engineering construction in Guizhou Province,various complex geological environments are often encountered.The commonly used grouting materials are more and more difficult to meet the needs of engineering construction.Therefore,it is urgent to increase the research on new grouting plugging materials.In this paper,the electrolytic manganese slag in Songtao County,Tongren City and the Bayer method red mud in the red mud open-air yard in Qingzhen City,Guiyang City are taken as the main research objects.The activation process of red mud synergistic manganese slag cementitious activity and the development and utilization of new grouting materials are studied.Focusing on the key scientific issues such as the mechanical characteristics,ratio design,hydration mechanism of grouting materials,and flow performance regulation of new grouting cementitious materials,a resource utilization system using red mud synergistic electrolytic manganese slag and other solid waste materials is developed.The effects of red mud and manganese slag content ratio,water cement ratio,admixture and ion erosion on the fluidity,mechanical strength and microstructure characteristics of cementitious materials were studied.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)The cementitious activity of red mud and manganese slag was improved by thermal activation and alkaline excitation,and the effect of cementitious activity excitation was characterized by mechanical strength of materials.At the same time,the thermogravimetric analysis test and XRD test showed that the optimum thermal activation temperature of red mud and manganese slag was 600°C and 900°C respectively,and the optimum alkali-activated Na OH content was 10%.(2)The compressive strength of the grouting cementitious material stone body increases with the increase of the content ratio,but the increase gradually decreases.The compressive strength decreases with the increase of the water-cement ratio.When the red mud and manganese slag content ratio is 4 and the water-cement ratio is 0.55,the compressive strength of the red mud-manganese slag-based grouting cementitious material of each age is larger,and the flow characteristics are also better.The maximum compressive strength of the 28d stone body is 24.59 MPa.The water retaining agent,water reducing agent and different concentrations of ion erosion have significant effects on the fluidity and compressive strength of the paste,and can change the microstructure characteristics of the stone body.(3)Through the SEM-EDS test,the white flake crystals leached by alkali components were analyzed.It can be seen that the main components are C,O,Na,H,and the ratio of Na to C is about 2:1.Combined with previous studies,it can be inferred that the alkaline white crystal is Na2CO3. |
