| Electromagnetic pollution in daily life can be seen everywhere,which brings great inconvenience to human life,and the development of efficient waves of absorbers has become an urgent need for researchers.In terms of materials,the complexity of the dielectric materials and magnetic materials has become a new research trend;in terms of structure,the research on multi-layer wave absorbers is increasing,and the gradient distribution method of internal materials is rarely involved.This article developed a type of composite suction material for graphene(RGO)/ferrosoferric oxide(Fe3O4)/polylactic acid(PLA),silicon(SiO2)/manganese zinc&oxygen(MZFO)/PLA.The above-mentioned composite material wire is prepared,using the melting deposition molding technology(FDM)to print the coaxial ring,measures its electromagnetic parameters,establishes electromagnetic parameter libraries,analyzes its suction performance and impedance matching features,and supports the design of the absorbers.Study the reflection rate of the composite ripples in different thickness.For RGO/Fe3O4/PLA,when the content of the suction agent is 3wt%RGO/15wt%Fe3O4/PLA,the thickness is 2.5mm,reaching the best suction absorption wave suction wave absorption Effect:The frequency width is 8.48GHz,and the strongest absorption peak is-29.3 dB;for SiO2/MZFO/PLA,when the suction agent content is 30%Si O2/20%MZFO/PLA,the thickness is 5.5 mm,reaching the best Wave effect:frequency width is 2.0GHz,and the strongest absorption peak is-13.8 dB.The impact of corner cone structured factors on its suction performance.Studies have found that the angular cone absorption performance increases with the increase of the cone height,the increase of the top angle sizeα,weakening,the increase of the top angle positive cut value TANα,and the increase of the base height L.When the maximum value of the top angle and the maximum value of the bottom edge,the corner cone absorber reaches the best suction state.Its strongest absorption peak is-29.0dB(13GHz),and the bandwidth reaches6.1GHz(10.4-16.5GHz,16.9-17.4 GHz).The effects of CST simulation and experiments have studied the impact of the cornering cone’s absorbing performance of the composition,combination and distribution method(horizontal gradient distribution and three-dimensional gradient distribution),revealing the suction mechanism,and printing the three-layer corner cone suction absorber,Test its reflectivity and verify the correctness of the results.The research results show that for the homogeneous absorber,the absorption performance of the dual group suction agent is better,and the suction performance is improved with the increase of the graphene.The corner cone absorber reaches the strongest absorption strength of-40.0 dB at 18 GHz,and the effective absorption bandwidth is 10GHz;when the composite suction material is5%RGO/15%Fe3O4/PLA,the cornea absorber is the widest absorber.Bandwidth 12.3GHz,the strongest absorption peak-33.9 dB.For the absorbing body of different distribution methods,when the three-dimensional gradient distribution(the amount of graphene three layers of ripples is 3wt%,5wt%,and 7wt%),the strongest suction effect can be obtained:within 6.1-18 GHz range The reflection loss is lower than-10dB,and the effective suction bandwidth can reach 11.9 GHz,reaching the maximum absorption strength-45.8 dB at 17.2GHz;The impact is that when the rippling agent is three-dimensional distribution,on the one hand,it improves the characteristics of the corner pyramid impedance to ensure the effective absorbing bandwidth.On the other hand,increase the loss of most heavy scattering,reflection and spherical diffraction,and improve the suction intensity.Under the premise of the same angle cone structure parameters,compared with the horizontal gradient distribution,the absorber has better impedance matching characteristics in the stereoscopic gradient distribution,which provides a new idea for the development of a new angle cone absorber. |
