| With the rapid development of railway transportation, the workload of railway shuffling increases, which puts forward higher requirements for the safety management of railway shuffling. In recent years, accidents occur frequently in shuffling operation, and "human" is the main restriction factor for the safety of shuffling operation.Among them, the locomotive crew plays the most direct and prominent role in shuffling operation. At the same time, due to the heavy workload, difficult working environment, and irregular work and rest time of locomotive crew(including EMU drivers),the safety issues of locomotive crews’ shunting operations are more prominent,so it is urgent to reduce the human error of locomotive crew shunting operation. Therefore, this paper studies the safety evaluation method of human error in locomotive crew shunting operation, with the main contents as follows:(1)Construct the safety evaluation index system of human error in locomotive crew shunting operation.Firstly, from the perspective of the unsafe behavior of man and the unsafe state of things, this paper systematically analyzes the mechanism of human error in locomotive crew shunting operation. The influencing factors of human error in shunting operation are summarized in terms of the characteristics of shunting operation, equipment of shunting operation and driving experience.Secondly, the influence factors are quantitatively screened through the centrality obtained by DEMATEL method and the action path obtained by ISM method,Simplify interpretative structural models of influencing factors obtained from ISM based on influence path.In this way,the error safety evaluation index system of locomotive crew is constructed, and the mutual influence relationship between the influence factors is fully considered. It improves the comprehensiveness and accuracy of index screening and lays a foundation for the establishment of subsequent comprehensive evaluation model.(2)The comprehensive evaluation model of human error in locomotive crew shunting operation is established.Firstly,a specific quantitative method is proposed for the evaluation indicators, then G1 method and grey correlation analysis method are used to determine the subjective and objective weights of indicators,Game theory-Nash equilibrium is used to optimize the subjective and objective weights, but also considers the original data, ensuring the objectivity and feasibility of the weights. Finally, the extension cloud model is used to establish a comprehensive evaluation model of human error in locomotive crew manoeuvering operation,so as to realize the comprehensive evaluation of incompatible indicators, solve the randomness and fuzziness problems in the process of human error safety evaluation in locomotive crew manoeuvering operation, and make the evaluation results more scientific and reasonable.(3)The comprehensive evaluation model of human error of locomotive crew shunting operation is verified by an example.Through field investigation, the case data of shunting operation of shunting locomotive drivers,Leading Locomotive drivers and EMU drivers are obtained, and comprehensive evaluation is carried out.The shunting cases rated as "safe" account for the largest proportion, followed by "relatively safe".Then analyze the cases with lower evaluation level and get the corresponding weak links. The results show that the safety level of shunting operation of EMU drivers is the highest, and the safety level of shunting operation of Leading Locomotive drivers is the lowest. The type of driver on duty, shunting safety protection equipment, and driving age are important factors affecting the shunting safety of Leading Locomotive drivers. The rationality and accuracy of the safety evaluation model proposed in this paper is effectively verified by the human error evaluation examples of different locomotive crew shunting operation. Finally, according to the evaluation results of human error in shunting operation of locomotive crew, specific suggestions are put forward for the safety management of shunting operation. |
