The 20 th report of the Communist Party of China proposed "accelerating the building of a strong agricultural country",which is a major decision and deployment made by the CPC Central Committee to achieve the great goal of building a modern socialist country in an all-round way.The improvement of the certification rate of green agricultural products is an important realization path for the transformation of China’s agriculture from traditional to modernization,which is of great significance to the overall development of China’s agriculture.At present,the national agricultural products green food certification rate is increasing year by year,showing a trend of steady development.However,under the general trend,the certification rate of some categories of agricultural products in some regions is low,and the certification rate is slow.Take Shanghai area as an example,the production of aquaculture aquatic products(excluding seedling cultivation)The value accounts for about 9% of the total agricultural output value of Shanghai,and there are only 96 effective lists of green food certification of aquaculture aquatic products,accounting for about 2.5% of the green food list of Shanghai.The green certification rate of aquaculture aquatic products is low,and the growth rate of the number of certification is slow.The willingness of farmers to participate in green food certification is the key to the improvement of green certification rate of aquatic products.Therefore,this paper studies the influencing factors of the certification intention of aquatic product farmers,clarifies the hierarchical relationship between the influencing factors,and gives targeted and clear-defined suggestions or suggestions in order to promote the improvement of the green certification rate of aquatic products.First of all,through the communication with experts and scholars in the industry and consulting a large number of relevant domestic and foreign research literature,initially list the influencing factors to be studied in this paper,and then communicate with farmers through the aquaculture pond mouth visit and participating in the breeding technology promotion meeting,to further sort out and determine the influencing factors to be studied.According to the factors to be studied,design the corresponding questionnaire and conduct the field questionnaire survey.The data was collected,the reliability and validity of the questionnaire data was tested,meeting the requirements of the research specifications,and the descriptive statistical analysis of the survey data samples was conducted.According to data released by China Green Food Development Center,by the end of February 2023,there are only eight certified lists of green food certification of South America prawn within the valid period,and two certified lists of green food certification within the validity period.Accounting for25% of the national effective list,on the one hand,the national South American white shrimp green food certification quantity needs further research,on the other hand,Shanghai South American white shrimp certification in the national number,so this paper in Shanghai aquaculture aquatic products of South American white shrimp,for example,about farmers of South America white shrimp green food certification will of investigation and study.Then,a binary Logistic model is established to define the influencing factors,the younger the higher the education,the higher the understanding of the government,the higher the willingness for green food certification;the more times to use fishing drugs in a breeding cycle,the higher the proportion of farming income in the total family income,and the lower the willingness to participate in the green food certification.The self-owned land ownership is higher than the leased farmers to participate in the green certification.Whether the farmers are registered in Shanghai has no significant impact on the willingness to participate in the green food certification.In order to put forward a higher For effective and more targeted opinions or suggestions,ISM should be used to explain the structure model to divide the levels of influencing factors and clarify the levels of relevant factors.The factors with significant influence are put into the adjoining matrix,and the accessible matrix is calculated.After the calculation,all the factors with significant influence are divided into four levels: the fourth level is the deepest level influence factor is the age of the farmer;the third level influence factor is the education of the farmer and the source of the breeding land;the second level influence factor is the breeding scale;the first level is the influence factor of the most shallow level It is the understanding degree of green certification subsidy policy,the number of use of fishery drugs,and the proportion of breeding income.According to the significant degree and level of the influencing factors,policy suggestions are put forward to encourage the professionalization of aquatic product farmers,guide young people to choose jobs to the field of aquaculture to alleviate the aging of the industry,guide corresponding institutions to launch targeted special insurance products,and strengthen publicity and training in terms of green certification system and subsidy policies. |
