| Longchang Xiabu is a specialty of Longchang County,Sichuan Province,and it is a national geographical indication product of China.Its weaving process was selected as the first batch of intangible cultural heritage in Sichuan Province in 2009.However,with the development of the times,this traditional arts and crafts with a thousand-yearold history and cultural heritage is facing problems such as difficulties in inheriting the environment,serious product homogenization,and weak brand influence in contemporary times.Based on this,the paper proposes to use the service design method to study the production,sales and circulation of Longchang Xiabu,analyze the whole process contact points of Longchang Xiabu product development,and find the actual needs of producers and consumers,so as to build a productive protection service system of Longchang Xiabu.The main contents of this research project are: starting from the macro background of the productive protection of intangible cultural heritage,taking the characteristics of Longchang Xiabu’s weaving process as the starting point,systematically sorting out the cultural connotation,technological process and development mode of Longchang Xiabu,and clarifying the necessity of productive protection of Longchang Xiabu’s intangible cultural heritage.Under the thinking of service design,the problems existing in the cultural experience process of Longchang Xiabu are analyzed from a systematic and global perspective,and the productive protection service system of Longchang Xiabu is constructed,and the service mode and effect of the system are tested and optimized.In this study,the production protection service system of Longchang Xiabu based on cultural experience was constructed.The service mode of Longchang Xiabu was expanded around four dimensions of cultural inheritance,brand marketing,teaching construction and user participation experience.The brand image of Longchang Xiabu was constructed and the whole process of weaving process was shown in the form of illustration.It has built an online and offline integration service platform for the communication,sales and customization of Longchang Xiabu,and designed and developed Longchang Xiabu APP and offline experiential vending machine.Innovative design of summer cloth loom based on the experience of intangible cultural heritage research has expanded the channel of cultural services.By integrating cultural resources and building a service system that satisfies all stakeholders in the system,the brand development and cultural inheritance of Longchang Xiabu are promoted,and the intangible cultural heritage of Longchang Xiabu is more accurately protected for production.At the same time,this study involves in the inheritance and protection of traditional crafts through service design,and also provides innovative research ideas and methods for the development of intangible cultural heritage. |
