| With the continuous promotion of information technology to digital transformation,the focus of the internet will shift from consumption to industry.In the context of digitalization and industrial internet,traditional chemical enterprises are facing challenges and opportunities in raw material procurement,production,external collaboration,storage,sales,logistics,capital transactions,after-sales service,industry competition,new product development,cost control and other aspects.In general,industrial internet is the basic support,digitalization is the means,and cost reduction and efficiency increase is the purpose.Process intelligentization is an effective solution to the current situation of chemical industry internet,and is widely used in the digital transformation of chemical enterprises.Process intelligentization refers to the self-integration and self-driven mechanism of business processes across systems between enterprises with the same value chain nodes and upstream and downstream enterprises.Traditional process intelligentization solutions usually adopt interface methods or data sharing and interaction methods,unfortunately,both of them have defects such as long processing process,high cost,complex platform architecture and unprotected privacy of shared data.Therefore,this paper takes the cross-system information flow between enterprises with the same value chain nodes and upstream and downstream enterprises as the research object,and adopts the smart contract approach to achieve process intelligentization based on blockchain technology,but smart contracts have problems such as high writing threshold and no guarantee of quality and security,which bring us new difficulties.In view of this,we propose a configuration-based automatic smart contract generation method to automatically generate smart contracts for the process intelligentization of smart contracts and carry out the process intelligentization application of the chemical industry internet.The analysis of experiments and result data shows that the proposed scheme in this paper can simplify the processing process and architecture of cross-system information exchange and reduce the cost of cross-system interaction while protecting the privacy of enterprise data,which is important for promoting the development and application of the chemical industry internet.Chapter 1 introduces the background and significance of the research,and analyzes the current research status of industrial internet,smart contract automatic generation method,and process intelligentization respectively;Chapter 2 introduces the theories and technologies used in this paper;Chapter 3 investigates the automatic generation of smart contracts required for process intelligentization,i.e.,the configuration-based smart contract automatic generation method,and implements it in the chemical industry;Chapter 4 proposes a method of smart contract to achieve process intelligentization,and applies the configuration-based smart contract automatic generation method to the chemical industry internet process intelligentization,taking polyester fiber manufacture as an example to realize,Chapter5 verifies the process intelligentization through experiments(involving experimental results and verification of three different cases),and compares and analyzes the traditional interaction method and the process intelligentization method by smart contract in terms of interaction process,interaction cost and data privacy.Chapter 6summarizes the contributions and shortcomings of the work done in this paper and proposes future research and improvements that need to be done.The main contributions of this paper are as follows:1.A method to achieve process intelligentization through smart contract is proposed.Aiming at the pain points faced by the method of cross-system information interaction between supply chain node enterprises built by the chemical industry internet,a method of process intelligentization through smart contracts is proposed:1)using smart contracts instead of third-party data sharing platforms to complete cross-system information sharing according to the global characteristics of the world state in smart contracts;2)using contract automation prophecy machines to complete the self-driven workflow within the system.driven.Using this method to achieve process intelligentization can reduce the intervention of third parties,reduce the risk of data leakage,enhance data privacy protection,and reduce interaction costs.2.A configuration-based method for automatic generation of smart contract is proposed.In response to the high threshold of smart contract development,frequent loopholes,and the existing automatic smart contract generation methods cannot solve the problems of block data leakage prevention,privacy protection and prophecy processing,a configuration-based automatic smart contract generation method is proposed,which can 1)effectively reduce the threshold of developers,who do not need to learn smart contract programming,but only need to configure the functions of smart contracts and related variables to be able to complete the smart contract code writing;2)ensure the quality and security of smart contract;3)can solve the block data anti-disclosure,privacy protection,prophecy processing work.3.Apply the configuration-based smart contract automatic generation method to the process intelligentization application scenario on the chemical industry internet.Use the configuration-based smart contract automatic generation method to carry out the application of process intelligentization among the node systems of the chemical industry internet,realize the process intelligentization of the chemical industry internet,and accelerate the digital transformation of the internet in the chemical industry. |
