| The development and extension of e-commerce to all walks of life rapidly drive enterprises into the era of network economy,and then the rapid network information interaction further increases the uncertainty of the market environment of effective skin care products.The trend of products unable to keep up with the pace of the market,the rise of operating costs,and the mismatch between supply and demand,leading to the continuous decline in profits,has become a common problem of many domestic skin care enterprises.For the purpose of rapid response to customer demand,enterprises have to increase the shelf rate,shorten the lead period of the production end and even increase a huge amount of pre-inventory.For the common problems of such enterprises,the fundamental reason lies in the different interest subjects represented by each node enterprise in the supply chain behind the operation of the enterprise.The different demands of stakeholders lead to the failure to form a natural good connection between enterprises.For example,information asymmetry,moral corruption,and opportunism may occur,ultimately leading to inefficient supply chain operations and harming corporate performance.Starting from the existing theoretical basis of several interrelated supply chain,Discussing how to bring collaborative supply chain management into force for Company H.Firstly,this thesis introduce the background and ways about how to do the research,and then the theoretical basis are reviewed more systematically.Moreover,with H skin care products company supply chain representative products as the main research object,the present situation of H company supply chain management,research and analysis of the existing problems,further study analysis problems,combined with H company implement supply chain collaborative management of feasibility factors and the corresponding agile supply chain to implement the corresponding target,according to the agility reflected in the supply chain operation process solution is put forward.Taking the sharing information,decision coordination and relationship coordination as the three directions,a supply chain collaborative management framework suitable for the actual situation of Company H is designed.Finally,the detailed implementation steps were formulated,and the corresponding supply chain collaborative management evaluation system of H Company was established,with initial results in the pilot implementation.Taking Company H’s implementation of supply chain collaborative management as a major case,it proves that the implementation of collaborative management can help enterprises improve the agility of the supply chain and help Company H to respond to the market more sensitively.The research in this thesis combines theory and practice to illustrate the experience of how the supply chain implements collaborative management in the rapidly changing market,which can provide a reference for the supply chain of other similar enterprises. |
