With the rapid development of electronic technology,numerical control equipment controlled by microcomputer is widely used,so there is an increasing demand for junior technical talents who are familiar with the programming and operation of numerical control equipment.How to cultivate qualified technical talents is a problem faced by secondary vocational schools.As an indispensable part of China,secondary vocational education must also be reformed and developed with high quality.Therefore,this study is inspired by modular teaching method,and based on the curriculum of numerical control equipment and programming in secondary vocational schools,constructs a "block-by-block progressive" teaching mode and explores its application effect.This study mainly uses literature research,investigation,interview and other research methods to investigate in secondary vocational schools.This paper conducts an in-depth investigation on the course of Numerical Control Equipment and Programming,finds out the problems existing in the teaching,and collects them for discussion with teachers.Based on this design,the "block-by-block progressive" teaching mode aims to solve the problems in the course of numerical control equipment and programming,such as inconsistent learning of knowledge points,solidification of teachers’ teaching methods,single teaching evaluation,etc.,and improve classroom teaching quality.In this paper,the course content is divided into "basic knowledge","elementary block","intermediate block" and "advanced block" according to the difficulty of learning and the connection between knowledge points.With "advanced block" as the long-term teaching goal,"intermediate block" as the stage teaching goal,and "primary block" as the immediate goal,the course will be simplified by learning a certain "intermediate block" before the "primary block",which makes it easier to sort out the teaching process,discover the internal relationship between knowledge points and reduce the learning difficulty.Teaching evaluation adopts the whole process of evaluation,making effective use of the connection between "intermediate block" and "advanced block",and carrying out the evaluation by sections,so that the evaluation content is richer and the evaluation result is more accurate.According to the actual teaching test,it is found that the application of the teaching mode of "block-by-block progression" in the "NC turning programming" course has achieved good teaching effect,which has a promoting effect on improving the teaching efficiency and students’ learning efficiency.In the "block-by-block progressive" teaching mode,the teaching process can easily sort out the connection relationship of knowledge points,and students can seamlessly connect with similar knowledge points to learn,thus maximizing the utilization rate of learning interest and improving students’ core literacy to a certain extent.The whole process evaluation is more convenient for teaching evaluation,and teachers can simply evaluate students’ learning skills and knowledge.Affected by practical time and other factors,the effect of "block-by-block progressive" teaching mode applied to the course of NC equipment and programming needs further study.
