Studies On Government Supervision Of Enterprise Hazardous Chemicals

With the advancement of domestic science and technology and the development of industry,hazardous chemicals have been widely used in various industries,and people’s quality of life has also improved.Although China started relatively late in the field of hazardous chemical supervision,it has gradually formed a unique safety management system.But the overall supervision level isn’t good,and accidents related to hazardous chemicals occur from time to time,which seriously threatens the development of the economy and people’s well-being.This also exposed many issues in the domestic government supervision of hazardous chemicals.Although there have been no major hazardous chemical accidents in City H in recent years,there are still major risks in the supervision of hazardous chemicals.Safe use of hazardous chemicals is the premise of economic and social development and the foundation of people’s happy life.There is still a long way to go to ensure the safe production of hazardous chemicals.This article takes thermal power enterprises in H City as the research object,using literature research methods,comparative analysis methods,and investigation research methods,through literature review,field visits,and other methods,to analyze the more prominent issues in the current situation of government regulation of hazardous chemicals in thermal power enterprises in H City.Based on game theory,government regulation theory,and risk management theory,It is concluded that the main problems existing in the government supervision of hazardous chemicals in H City enterprises are insufficient supervision of hazardous chemicals,unclear responsibilities between departments,overlapping functions,imperfect emergency rescue system,inadequate implementation of corporate main responsibilities,numerous historical legacy issues,and insufficient participation of social supervision forces.Finally,through a comprehensive analysis of these issues and reference to advanced experience at home and abroad,it is concluded that measures should be taken to improve the awareness and ability of supervisors to perform their duties,promote the integration and cooperation of departmental functions,transform the current situation of emergency rescue and improve the system,guide the development of enterprises and strengthen the sense of responsibility,promote enterprise relocation through multisectoral cooperation,and encourage people to participate in building a safe and harmonious society.I hope to provide reference for the government regulation of hazardous chemicals in H city enterprises through research.
