| Tire mould is an important equipment in tire production,which has direct influence on tire performance,service life and safety.At present,most motorcycle tires are bias tires and vulcanized by two half mould.While high-performance motorcycles continue to emerge,the requirements for tires are also increasing.With the development of motorcycle tire to radial tire direction,the mould is also developing to segmented mould.Because the motorcycle tire section is narrow,can be artificial tire,so the use of flat curing press production motorcycle tire is an important choice to save costs,but flat curing press does not have tire type vulcanization machine that can produce radial mould action,so this topic designed a kind of curved plate motorcycle tire vulcanization machine segmented mould structure.The structure can meet the mould in the flat curing press radial segment opening and closing action.At the same time,on the basis of Ansys Workbench,Deform and other finite element software to the actual conditions of the mould simulation analysis in detail.The main work of this topic includes the following aspects:(1)Design of segmented mould for tilting plate motorcycle tire.Aiming at the demoulding requirements of radial motorcycle tire,a new type of motorcycle tire segmented mould based on flat curing press was proposed,which solved the problems of tire spacing and Angle destruction when the existing two halves of the mould were forced to pull the tire out of the mould.On the other hand,in terms of the existing sequential tie rod segmented mould,the warp-plate mould opening structure designed in this topic can not only complete two mould opening processes to realize radial movement of segment,but also make the mould opening process more stable.(2)Stress and deformation analysis of the whole mould and key components.According to the stress state of the mould under actual working conditions,the overall stress model of the mould was established,the load and boundary conditions were applied,and the three aspects of changing the size of the closing force,the thickness of the clamping block and the size of the end face of the segment were taken as the starting point to analyze the deformation of the segment and the clamping block and the influence conditions of the rubber edge of the tire.(3)Analysis of wear condition of mould wear-resistant plate.According to the structural characteristics of the warped type motorcycle tire segmented mould,the stress model of the wear-resisting plate of the mould was established under actual working conditions.The Deform finite element analysis software was used to study the wearresisting plate of the warped type motorcycle tire segmented mould,and the wear law of the wear-resisting plate of the mould was analyzed by changing the size of the closing force and the closing speed of the mould.(4)Analysis of wear condition of die wear plate.According to the structural characteristics of the warped type motorcycle tire segmented mould,the stress model of the wear-resisting plate of the die was established under actual working conditions.The Deform finite element analysis software was used to study the wear-resisting plate of the warped type motorcycle tire segmented mould.The influence rule of the wear-resisting plate on the wear of the die was analyzed by changing the size of the closing force and the closing speed of the die.(5)Analysis of exhaust flow field of camel tire in vulcanization process.According to the actual working conditions,the fluid model of camel tire was established,and the fluid analysis software Fluent was used for analysis.By changing the pattern cavity form,vent size and number of vent holes,the influence on the exhaust flow field was studied. |
