In recent years,textile CAD technology is an indispensable and important auxiliary tool in the textile industry,and its design effect and simulation effect greatly affect the judgment of designers,among which the pattern design is an important part of the textile CAD technology,but at present,the pattern design of textile CAD is all based on the designer’s conception,the pattern type has great limitations.In order to improve the personalized design without losing the simulation effect,it is of great significance to further study the extraction of pattern patterns by computer image processing technology and the simulation of fabric appearance.In this paper,for the simulation of weft knitted fabrics,first of all,we have made a specific study on how to segment the structure information and texture information of the image.Using the relative total variation model,we can distinguish the visual differences between the main structure of the pattern and the texture in the pattern,remove the texture part,and extract the main structure of the pattern from the pattern,At the same time,through experimental analysis,it is found that modifying certain parameters in the process of model iteration can help to better extract structural information;Then,in order to improve the manufacturability of the fabric,this paper uses the color clustering algorithm to extract the main structure information,so as to use as few colors as possible to show the main structure of the pattern.In the stage of image clustering,the paper describes several classic color clustering algorithms and the modified adaptive clustering algorithm based on the original Kmeans algorithm,and uses them to cluster and compare images.After experimental analysis,it is found that the modified color clustering algorithm has improved in terms of convenience and classification accuracy;Thirdly,based on the characteristics of the pixel values of the pixel points in the computer image,this topic introduces the template matrix,and divides the clustered image into several template matrix sizes in proportion.The size of each template matrix represents each fabric coil.According to the template matrix,the pixel values of the pixel points in the range of the image matrix are modified to design and simulate the real effect of a single coil,The designed template matrix is traversed through the image in order to reach the fabric simulation diagram of the whole image;Finally,this paper designs a fabric simulation system based on MATLAB/GUI.The system can help to process the details by human-computer interaction.Finally,based on the simulated fabric appearance effect picture,the fabric color logo artwork is generated.
