With the increasing pace of human life,consumers ’demand for prefabricated vegetables is increasing year by year,and the post-epidemic era has given birth to people’s continuous requirements for food hygiene,which has further promoted the development of the prefabricated vegetables industry.At present,prefabricated dishes,as a new wind outlet of the catering industry,attract more and more enterprises to join them,from the quality of dishes to the packaging of dishes show a state of good and bad.Regional culture is an important spiritual pillar of regional economic development,and its inheritance and promotion play a decisive role in accelerating the coordinated development of economy and society.This article tries to Dalian regional culture and prefabricated dishes,in Dalian regional cultural elements in "Dalian old food" prefabricated food packaging design application for the research topic,highlight the characteristics of "Dalian old food" regional,enhance consumers’ urban sense of belonging and urban cultural identity,booster Dalian "Chinese seafood prefabricated food" construction.This paper to "Dalian old dish" prefabricated dish packaging design as the research object,on the basis of reading a lot of domestic and foreign literature and prefabricated market research,the first of the characteristics of Dalian regional culture analysis,and then analyzes the present situation of prefabricated dish packaging design in China,on the basis of the "Dalian old food" prefabricated dishes in graphics,color,text and materials of packaging design strategy,finally launched "Dalian old dish series" prefabricated dish packaging design practice.Through the research of this topic,we can find the meeting point of regional cultural characteristics and characteristic catering packaging design,which provides a new idea for expanding the cultural inheritance channel and increasing the influence of Dalian catering enterprises. |
