Objective:In recent years, fluorescence imaging technology has played a key role in the field of assisting cancer cell therapy. In order to design a nano-scale fluorescent dye that is simple and easy to implement and low-cost and controllable,we conducted the following experiments and successfully prepared a fluorescent dye that can be used as a fluorescent dye Carbon quantum dots. Methods: Herein, the carbon quantum dots(CQDs)with unique fluorescent properties was synthesized by a one-step hydrothermal method, using m-phenylenediamine and phosphoric acid as raw materials. Results By the characterization of the morphology, the as-prepared CQDs was proved to possess the characteristics of equal size, uniform size, and good dispersion.Interestingly, the fluorescence intensity of the CQDs could change as the p H value changes.Based on the above phenomenon, the linear regression curve of p H value and fluorescence intensity were fitted. Conclusion : Using resorcinol and phosphoric acid as raw materials,CQDs with fluorescence characteristics synthesized by a one-step method are of uniform size and uniform size.Within a certain p H range, the fluorescence intensity of CQDs has a linear relationship with p H,and this p H range is just included in the p H range of normal human cells.Utilizing the unique fluorescence properties of CQDs,they have been successfully applied to the detection and fluorescence imaging of cancer cells. In addition, the linear relationship between the fluorescence intensity of the carbon quantum dots and the p H value in this experiment is used to further develop a quantifiable method for detecting the p H value of the fluorescence intensity. This experiment can also be used as a preexperiment for other experiments, providing a new idea in the preliminary analysis of whether the cells are cancerous and other fields.
