Research On The Development Strategy Of HH Water Services Group Co.,Ltd

As China’s economy and society enter a stage of high-quality development when urbanization and industrialization is accelerating,and sanitary sewage and industrial wastewater discharge is increasing,water pollution and water shortage are becoming increasingly serious.In the context of reaching carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals,an effective way to solve the above problems is to upgrade sewerage disposal technologies and shut down outdated production facilities.As a sewage disposal company with environmental protection as its main business,HH Water Group Co.,Ltd.urgently needs to find out a fast track for development at the moment when China puts forward stricter standards for water pollution control and strives to reach the goals of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality.Therefore,the key to achieve sustainable development is to formulate a scientific and reasonable development strategy.Based on the research of relevant background,significance and strategic theory,this paper first analyzes the macro environment and competition environment of HH Water Group Co.,Ltd.,with the implementation of PEST Analysis and Five Forces to clarify its opportunities and challenges.Then,the paper summarizes the company’s strengths and weaknesses by analyzing its business development,internal resources and other facilities.Swot Analysis is employed for four alternative strategies,namely profit strategy,concentric diversification strategy,product development strategy and benchmarking strategy.To identify the overall strategy of the company,this paper analyzes the above strategies through quantitative strategic planning matrix and draws a conclusion that the company should choose mixed strategy,i.e.stability strategy,and differentiation focus strategy.Finally,this paper puts forth five specific safeguard measures.Through the research on the development strategy of HH Water Group Co.,Ltd.,this paper concludes that the primary task of the company is to stabilize its market by expanding and strengthening its business sectors,and use low-carbon green,energy-saving and emission-reduction technologies through innovation.To secure a success in the diversified emerging environmental protection sector,the company is supposed to enhance its resilience to risk and contribute to a complete industrial chain in this field so that it can become a competitive and comprehensive environmental service provider rooted in Guangxi.
