A three-component fabric composed of cotton, lyocell and polyamide fibers has the advantages of cotton, lyocell and polyamide in the textile industry. The traditional dyeing process often uses neutral/active,acid/active dyes, which has the disadvantages of long process, poor economic benefits, continuous production difficulties, large energy consumption and high carbon emissions. It is inconsistent with clean dyeing technology and cannot meet the requirements of green and low-carbon development. Therefore,it is urgent to develop low carbon clean short-process wet-steaming rolling dyeing process of cotton/polyamide/lyocell fabric. This study selected the single dye pad dyeing technique of reactive dyes, and screened the reactive dye Red 195 which could meet the dyeing requirements of cellulose fiber and polyamide fiber in order to solve the above problems. In view of the difference of dyeing conditions on different fibers,a two-bath two-step rolling dyeing process with reactive dyes was determined. The PSPS dye method was designed to study the influence of p H value of the dyeing solution, dye concentration, alkali concentration, acid steaming time and alkali steaming time on dyeing effect of cotton/lyocell fiber and polyamide fiber under different alkali agent environment. The possibility of eliminating drying process before dipping was discussed by further optimizing dyeing process.By comparing the K/S value, color fixation rate and color difference of four kinds of dyeing process fabrics, namely PDSDPS dyeing、PDBPS dyeing、PSPS dyeing、PSDPS dyeing, the time required, energy consumption, heat energy consumption and carbon emission of PDSDPS rolling dyeing and PSPS dyeing were compared, and the dyeability and upper dyeing rule of short wet-steaming dye fabric were analyzed. To explore the influence of red, yellow and blue primary colors K-type,X-type,KN-type and M-type reactive dyes on the dyeing effect of cotton/lyocell and polyamide yarns, compare the compatibility of reactive dyes with specific shift value experiment, and explore the influence of initial dyeing bath p H value on the K/S value of fabric after PSPS dyeing of orange, green and purple.Three dyes with the best compatibility values were selected:active red 195,active yellow 145and active blue M-BR,and the initial dyeing bath p H value was adjusted to reduce the color difference. The results showed that the optimum conditions for homochromatic properties of PSPS dyeing and PSDPS dyeing were the same:p H 3-4,the concentration of dye and the concentration of alkali Na OH and Na2CO3 in the color fixing solution were 10 g/L,and the time of acid steaming and alkali steaming was 4 min.PSPS dyeing has good dyeability, high color fixation rate, clean and low carbon, saving time by 45.9%,reducing electric energy and heat energy by 23.7%and 46.4%,reducing carbon emission by 52.5%.The vinyl sulfone active group is more reactive than the monochloromethyl triazine active group so that the double active group(M-type)reactive dye has the best dyeing effect. The active red 195 has little transference and high directness. Therefore, the dye dosage ratio of reactive red 195 to reactive yellow145,reactive red 195 to reactive blue M-BR is 3:7,and the dye dosage ratio of reactive yellow 145 to reactive blue M-BR is 5:5.
