| With the development of social economy and the improvement of living standards,people’s yearning for quality of life and the upgrading of consumption forms,the clothing market tends to be diversified and fragmented.Consumers’ demands for clothing have gradually shifted from comfort and aesthetics to "green and healthy".Research has shown that during the wearing process of clothing,substances such as sweat,oil,and dander are prone to adhere to the clothing and breed bacteria,which may pose a threat to human health at any time.The fragrance makes people feel happy and relieves stress.Therefore,the design and development of antibacterial and aromatic functional clothing is in line with the trend of people’s pursuit of health.In addition,clothing also has cultural carrying properties,combining traditional culture with clothing design,and designing clothing with cultural heritage has become a new trend in modern clothing design.Based on this,this project analyzes the current market situation and user demand for functional women’s clothing through market research and user research.The market research results indicate that the functional women’s clothing on the market is mainly concentrated in outdoor clothing,with functions such as rain and wind protection.Daily women’s clothing mainly focuses on beautiful appearance and comfortable wearing,with few functions involved.In response to this phenomenon,a questionnaire survey was conducted to analyze consumer needs and explore their preferences in functional clothing materials,functions,and styles.Finalize the design of pure cotton woven fabric with antibacterial and aromatic functions,and then use Rizhao farmer paintings as inspiration for functional women’s clothing design practice.Next,functional design will be carried out on pure cotton woven fabrics.Antibacterial agents and chamomile fragrant oil microcapsules were used as functional finishing agents,and functional finishing of fabrics was carried out by dipping method.The optimal process parameters for antibacterial aromatic finishing were determined through orthogonal experiments: the concentration of antibacterial finishing agent was 70 g/L,the concentration of adhesive was 8 g/L,the soaking time was 40 minutes,and the baking temperature was160 ℃;The concentration of aromatic finishing agent is 40 g/L,the concentration of adhesive is 5 g/L,the soaking time is 60 minutes,and the baking temperature is 120 ℃.The inhibition rate of the finished fabric to Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli was higher than 70%after repeated washing,and the fragrance retention rate was 38%.Then,use the sorted functional fabrics to practice the design of women’s clothing in the "Spring" themed series.The clothing style is daily leisure,with green as the main color tone,supplemented by beige and white.The styles are mainly A-shaped and X-shaped,and segmented design is used for clothing layout and garment production.Finally,a comprehensive evaluation of the clothing was conducted using questionnaire evaluation and subjective evaluation.The three sets of clothing designed were evaluated in terms of style,color,fabric,fragrance,and overall satisfaction.The evaluation results show that the clothing style is novel,the design is fashionable,the color matching is harmonious,the fabric is comfortable,the fragrance is rich,and it is in line with the trend of youth. |
