| China’s construction industry has the characteristics of highly intensive work of construction personnel,dangerous working environment,complex construction technology and large scale of construction projects,resulting in frequent accidents and a very serious safety situation.Safety investment is an effective means to prevent accidents and reduce accidents.However,too much safety investment will inevitably bring heavy economic burden to enterprises."How much to invest and how to invest" is an important issue for enterprises.At present,unreasonableness can be seen in China’s construction industry,in terms of investment in safety and how the investment is utilized.In order to further reduce the accident rate,improve the safety management level of enterprises,and ensure the efficiency of safety investment,this paper conducts an in-depth study on the total amount and the optimization of distribution structure of safety investment in construction enterprises.The main scope and achievements of this paper include:(1)Analysis of the current situation,factors and uncertainties of safety investment.Through a questionnaire survey,this paper studies the current situation of safety investment and accident casualties in China’s construction industry,analyses the uncertainty of safety investment in construction enterprises from multiple perspectives,and analyses the main safety investment elements in construction enterprises,laying the foundation for the construction of a system to optimize the safety investment structure.(2)Analysis of safety investment demand under uncertain conditions.A robust optimization model for safety investment of construction enterprises under uncertain conditions is constructed.According to the uncertainty characteristics of safety investment in the construction industry,a robust optimization(RO)model is constructed,and the marginal theory is used to analyse the safety investment demand interval,so as to carry out the quantitative analysis of safety investment demand under uncertain conditions.(3)Construction of safety investment structure optimization model based on ISM-AHP.On the basis of optimizing the safety investment demand requirements,the structural relationship between the various safety input factors of the construction enterprise is obtained by the ISM method,and then the weight of each factor is calculated with the AHP method,and a more reasonable distribution of the safety input ratio is obtained,which maximizes the benefits of resource allocation.(4)Validation based on a real case.With a real production case,the RO model and ISM-AHP model constructed in this paper are used to optimize the safety input demand and its distribution structure,and then the gray prediction and Cobb-Douglas method are used to compare and verify the model in the paper.The results show that the method proposed in this paper provides a new idea for building construction enterprises to achieve efficient safety investment optimization. |
