As equipment manufacturing and photovoltaic industry boomed,the application of silicon wafers is more and more extensive,and the demand for silicon wafers is increasing.Silicon chip cutting is a key step in silicon material processing,so the market demand for high-speed,stable and efficient silicon cutting equipment is growing.But traditional wirecutting equipment has the problems of low cutting efficiency and low speed of operation and easy failure.Aiming at this,this thesis designs a set of high speed,high efficiency and stable wire cutting control system.The speed of parameter tuning is rapid,and the cutting speed,efficiency of operation,and degree of automation are improved.The main tasks of this paper include the following:First,based on the requirement of wire cutting equipment for silicon rod cutting,the advantages and disadvantages of cutting equipment at home and abroad are analyzed.analyze the silicon material cutting process and cutting principle,the working principle of the diamond wire cut system.Design and development of a wire cutting control system,with high speed,high efficiency,reciprocating cutting function.A suitable motor synchronization control scheme is designed to control motor synchronization by using virtual spindle synchronization mode and servo position control mode.The speed planning method of S-type plus deceleration curve is selected to realize the smooth control of servo motor speed.And the tension compensation module is designed.It mainly realizes the functions of reciprocating cutting,synchronous motion of retracting and releasing motor and constant tension.Second,hardware design.The hardware components of the wire cut control system are chosen and designed according to the designed control system schema.Design and development of the input-output portion,voltage compensation portion,controller and driver motor,and the rest of the hardware parts of the control system,and the design of the cabling diagram of the control system.Third,the software design of wire cutting control system is presented.The software system includes control program design and man-machine interface monitoring software design.Control program according to the control system requirements for the system software programming,which including reciprocating wiring system,multi-motor synchronization,constant tension,wiring system and feeding system procedures.Manmachine interface monitoring software to design man-machine picture.Including the choice of mode of operation,parameter tuning,display function and operation function,and PLC data interaction.And the design of the key links of the experiment,analysis of experiment data.The multi-line cutting control system designed in this subject has achieved the requirements of high speed,high accuracy,reciprocating cutting,maximum linear speed up to 1800m/min,the voltage fluctuation range is controlled to within ±5%,and can maintain voltage stability for an extended period of time,in order to meet target design requirements.at the same time with monitoring,alarm prompts and other safety protection functions. |
