With the rapid development of urbanization and industrialization, new construction, reconstruction and expansion and other construction activities continue to increase, the demand for raw materials is also increasing, and a large amount of construction waste is generated in various construction activities, resource shortage and environmental pollution seriously hinder the development of the city. Therefore,it is necessary to solve this series of problems through the recycling and reuse of construction waste through a closed-loop supply chain, but China’s development in this field is still in the tentative stage, and the promotion and use of recycled products produced after the recycling of construction waste has been greatly resisted. How to make more enterprises choose construction waste recycling products, more enterprises to participate in the recycling of construction waste and the government to formulate that kind of subsidy model is an urgent problem to be solved.Based on the closed-loop supply chain system of construction waste recycling and reuse, this paper studies the circular development ideas of the closed-loop supply chain of construction waste from the two situations of no government subsidy and government subsidy, and uses Stackelberg game theory to study the decision-making problems of each participant in the closed-loop supply chain of construction waste under different circumstances.Firstly,a closed-loop supply chain model of construction waste composed of construction product manufacturers, new(recycled)construction product suppliers, consumers and third-party recyclers is constructed, and the pricing strategies of the closed-loop supply chain of construction waste under decentralized and centralized decision-making are analyzed respectively, considering the two factors of consumers’ recognition of the functional quality of recycled building products and the environmental friendliness of recycled construction products. In addition, the closedloop supply chain model of construction waste for suppliers of recycled construction products, consumers and manufacturers of construction products under government subsidies was constructed, and the pricing strategies of member enterprises in the closed-loop supply chain of construction waste under different subsidy targets were analyzed, and the prices, demand and profits of member enterprises in the closed-loop supply chain of construction waste under different government subsidy targets were analyzed and compared. Finally, the computer software is used to simulate the constructed model to verify the authenticity of the previous conclusions, and the influence of single factors and composite factors on the optimal solution of different modes of the closed-loop supply chain of construction waste is analyzed, and then the strategies of each participant in the closed-loop supply chain of construction waste are analyzed. In this paper, when there is no government subsidy and different government subsidy targets, this paper analyzes the behavior strategies of relevant participants in the closed-loop supply chain of construction waste under the circumstances of considering consumer preferences,so as to provide theoretical support and reference for the decision-making of relevant participants,so as to improve the recycling rate of construction waste.
