| With the proposal of the concept of carbon neutrality,the carbon emission of tourism has gradually become a research hotspot.The basic connotation of sustainable carrying capacity of tourism environment is to ensure the health and safety of tourism system and realize the sustainable utilization of tourism environmental carrying capacity while continuously reducing carbon emissions and fully tapping the potential of carbon reduction.Tourism environment system is the foundation of tourism development,and its coordination and integrity plays an important role in promoting the sustainable development of tourism destinations.Therefore,it is of great significance for the future security development of tourism environment system to evaluate its current security situation,clarify the links between each subsystem and the key factors affecting its security development.The Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,as a typical coordinated development area,has made great achievements under the guidance of the concept of green and low-carbon development.Therefore,this paper firstly evaluates the level of tourism environmental system security and analyzes the characteristics of time and space evolution under the background of carbon neutrality.Then,it makes an in-depth discussion on the correlation degree of influencing factors,finds out the key influencing factors,predicts the security situation in the next five years,and puts forward specific countermeasures and suggestions.It provides some reference for the security of the tourism environment system in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei under the background of carbon neutrality.Firstly,based on the relevant research on carbon emission reduction and tourism environmental system safety,this paper summarizes the research status at home and abroad.On the basis of defining relevant concepts such as carbon neutrality and tourism environmental system security,the sustainable development theory,low carbon theory and stakeholder theory are expounded,and the related research methods are introduced,which provides a strong theoretical support for the following.Secondly,the safety evaluation index system of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei tourism environment system under the background of carbon neutrality is constructed based on the PSR-SEE model.The improved TOPSIS method was used to evaluate its safety fit degree,study its spatio-temporal evolution characteristics,and grasp the safety evolution of each subsystem and the whole.And then grey GM(1,1)model is used to forecast the evolution of the next five years.Finally,the grey correlation analysis model is used to analyze the correlation degree of the influencing factors.From the economic,social and ecological environment,the paper puts forward targeted protection countermeasures,which can be used as reference for the safe development of the tourism environment system in the background of carbon neutrality in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei. |
