Research On Optimization Of LK Company’s Safety Production Management System

In recent years,safety accidents in China’s coal industry have occurred frequently,including fire accidents,gas explosion accidents,and coal and gas outburst accidents.These accidents not only resulted in multiple deaths,but also caused huge economic losses.It can be seen that safety production management is a major issue facing the coal industry.LK Company,as a large state-owned coal enterprise,has experienced 139 safety accidents in the past five years.Some of the safety accidents are of a severe nature and have brought enormous pressure to LK Company’s safety production management.Therefore,combining the actual situation of LK Company’s safety production management,it is undoubtedly of great significance to investigate,sort out,and analyze the status and problems of LK Company’s safety production management,explore effective optimization schemes for LK Company’s safety production management system,plug loopholes in safety production management,and effectively improve the quality and efficiency of coal mine safety production management.Firstly,a comprehensive review of accident cause theories such as Heinrich’s causal chain theory,psychological motivation theory,and energy transfer theory was conducted,and various hazard sources in coal mine production were effectively identified and analyzed,as well as the various causes of their occurrence were analyzed,laying the foundation for proposing an optimization plan for the safety production management system.Secondly,it describes the general situation,existing organizational models,and safety production management institutions of LK Company.It adopts management tools such as safety accident histogram,safety accident occurrence trend chart,and safety accident control chart to conduct statistical analysis of LK Company’s safety accidents,and conducts a systematic study of LK Company’s safety production management status as a whole,identifying six thorny issues in LK Company’s safety production management.Finally,based on the theory of accident causes,combined with the actual situation of LK Company,from the six dimensions of behavior,psychology,environment,hidden dangers,management,and culture,an optimization plan for LK Company’s safety production management system was developed,and specific implementation safeguards were proposed accordingly.The research results hope to provide reference for the improvement and improvement of safety production in LK Company and other coal enterprises.
