Tensile bending straightening machine is the most important leveling equipment in the production process of high strength steel sheet and strip,tensile bending straightening process for thin steel sheet and strip plate shape defects correction,pickling broken scale,improve the organizational performance has a vital role.But the existing domestic stretch bending straightening machine in the straightening of high-strength steel sheet and strip,there are still low accuracy of the finished product after straightening,small straightening range and low performance of the straightened high-strength steel strip and other deficiencies.The process parameters related to the straightening of high-strength steel sheets and strips lack theoretical scientific basis.Therefore,it is necessary to fully study and analyze the tensile bending straightening process and the straightening process parameters,so as to develop a more reasonable straightening plan to improve the tensile bending straightening accuracy,improve the plate shape defects,increase the utilization rate of highstrength steel sheet and strip and save economic costs.In this paper,we use the numerical analysis method and the finite element simulation calculation method to study the deformation mechanism of tensile bending and straightening in detail,establish a simulation model of high-strength steel sheet and strip with various plate defects,and analyze its deformation behavior in the straightening process.Therefore,this paper will analyze the following aspects in depth and in detail.To establish an analytical model for tensile-bending straightening of thin high-strength steel strips,to study the stress-strain of thin steel strips in elasto-plastic deformation,to determine the three elements of straightening: the amount of depression,tension and elongation calculation method,and to clarify the influence of neutral layer offset on strip deformation.Stress-strain analysis of high-strength steel sheet with longitudinal wavy,edge wavy and medium wavy plate defects during tensile bending straightening process,changing the amount of press down and tensioning tension process parameters to solve for the minimum plate shape value.Analyze the residual stresses in high strength steel sheet and strip with plate shape defects after stretch-bending and straightening.Analyze the relationship between the change in wave shape and material strength.Fit the simulated deformation curve to derive the total deformation curvature of the thin steel strip,determine the relationship between the work roll depression amount and deformation curvature,and improve the mathematical model of depression amount and deformation curvature.
