In recent years,the industrialization mode has gradually become the main development direction of modern construction industry.In order to make China’s construction industry can quickly change to the industrialization mode,accelerating the development of prefabricated building is a necessary way.In recent years,the incidence of prefabricated building safety accidents has been increasing year by year,which has become the biggest resistance to its development.Therefore,how to improve the safety level of assembly construction projects,avoid safety risks from the root,reduce the incidence of safety accidents,has become a common concern of China’s academic and architectural circles.In order to solve the above research problems,this thesis takes prefabricated building engineering project as the research object,takes the risk factors of prefabricated building engineering project as the evaluation index,and combines the grey clustering method to construct the evaluation model,aiming to provide certain theoretical support for solving the prefabricated building safety problems in China.To achieve the research purpose,based on the theory of the accident cause and hazard identification theory,combining the characteristics of the prefabricated construction and related references,from the perspective of safety accident causes,the use of fault tree analysis method of prefabricated construction of the project and identify risk factors for identification,analysis,and by using the method of rough intensive Jane out key risk factors,The evaluation index system and evaluation model are constructed according to the screening results.Finally,the rationality and operability of the model are verified through case analysis.This thesis mainly draws the following conclusions:(1)The overall safety pre-evaluation level of the FYJ project is average safety.(2)The risk factors analyzed are hoisting operating environment,wear degree of hoisting machinery,joint connection technology of prefabricated components,assembly workers’ awareness of safe operation,on-site preservation method of prefabricated components,and safety management of stacked prefabricated components.(3)The evaluation results obtained by the evaluation model are basically consistent with the results of the actual safety pre-evaluation report of the project,which proves that the model is operable and reasonable,and can provide some theoretical reference for the preevaluation of prefabricated building industry.The research significance of this thesis mainly includes :(1)combining the research results and relevant theories of previous scholars,summarize and modify the risk factors of prefabricated building engineering projects,and establish an evaluation index system,which can accurately and comprehensively evaluate the safety of prefabricated building engineering projects.(2)Construct the evaluation model according to the evaluation index system,and prove the rationality and extensibility of the model through case analysis.(3)It provides a theoretical reference for more accurately assessing the safety of assembly construction projects in advance,and helps to break the bottleneck of its development.
