Performance Evaluation Of Green Supply Chain Of Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Enterprises Based On DEA

For a long time,enterprises have always regarded profit maximization as the main goal of production and operation,so the negative impact on the environment is often ignored in the operation process.With the deterioration of the ecological environment and the prevalence of the idea of sustainable development,green,low-carbon and sustainable development has become an important indicator of enterprise production in the new era.Enterprises are beginning to consider how to reduce waste of resources and minimize the negative impact on the ecological environment.Since the 1990 s,with the emergence of enterprise clusters,the competition mode of enterprises has shifted from single enterprise competition to supply chain competition.In order to realize the coordinated and unified development of the economic,environmental and social benefits of enterprises,more and more enterprises have begun to develop green supply chain models.In particular,it is urgent to implement green supply chain management strategies in industries with high pollution and high energy consumption such as manufacturing.Pharmaceutical manufacturing enterprises are closely related to people’s lives.By carrying out performance evaluation work,we can examine the overall operational efficiency of the green supply chain of enterprises and reflect existing problems,so as to promote the progress of my country’s pharmaceutical industry and promote the green and healthy development of the pharmaceutical industry.This paper firstly sorts out and summarizes the research results in related fields,and defines the core concepts such as green supply chain.Then,the theories related to the research in this paper are introduced to provide theoretical guidance for the construction of the performance evaluation index system below.According to the structural characteristics of the green supply chain of pharmaceutical manufacturing enterprises,the operation process of each link in the chain is analyzed in detail,and it is emphasized that which dimensions will affect the practical performance level of green supply chain of pharmaceutical manufacturing enterprises.Combined with the relevant theories,the economic,social and environmental benefits of the green pharmaceutical supply chain were investigated.On this basis,an index system for evaluating the performance of the green supply chain of pharmaceutical manufacturing enterprises was constructed.Using DEA(Data Envelopment Analysis)method to evaluate the performance level of 26 listed pharmaceutical manufacturing companies that have carried out green supply chain practices,conduct specific analysis on the evaluation results,find out the current factors restricting the development of green supply chain of enterprises,and help The company has a clear direction for improvement in the future.On the basis of DEA evaluation results,combined with the actual operation of pharmaceutical manufacturing enterprises,this paper proposes the future direction of efforts of pharmaceutical manufacturing enterprises to improve the practice level of green supply chain from the perspectives of economic,social and environmental benefits of green supply chain.From the perspective of economic benefits,pharmaceutical manufacturing enterprises should strengthen the audit management of suppliers,establish stable contractual relationships with suppliers,strengthen the construction of information technology infrastructure,and establish a complete supply chain information feedback mechanism to improve the supply chain.The circulation efficiency of capital flow and information flow promotes information sharing and collaboration among the various entities in the chain.From the perspective of social benefits,pharmaceutical manufacturing enterprises should establish a drug quality and safety assurance system,improve the qualification rate of pharmaceutical products,and effectively safeguard the rights and interests of other stakeholders while safeguarding their own interests in the supply chain of pharmaceutical manufacturing enterprises.From the perspective of environmental benefits,pharmaceutical manufacturing enterprises should establish awareness of environmental protection,minimize the negative impact of each link of the supply chain on the environment and the consumption of energy and resources,and improve the utilization rate of clean energy.
