At present,although Marine diesel engine assembly workshop has certain characteristics of automation and informatization,due to the complex assembly process of Marine diesel engine,difficult assembly process management and control,the assembly process is relatively independent,the information integration is low,and the manager cannot accurately monitor the assembly status of Marine diesel engine in real time.Therefore,it is impossible to effectively control the quality of Marine diesel engine assembly process.In recent years,with the wide application of digital twin technology in industry and the popularization of artificial intelligence technology,intelligent technology has become the main means to solve the existing problems in Chinese industry.Therefore,in order to solve the above quality control problems existing in the assembly process of Marine diesel engine,it is necessary to analyze and integrate the quality data of the assembly process in an all-round way,and accurately display the assembly information of parts and equipment in real time.Based on the existing digital twin assembly system of Marine diesel engine,this study carried out the research on the quality control technology of assembly process.According to the twin assembly workshop in the digital twin assembly system,the digital automatic acquisition equipment was used to collect real-time information of Marine diesel engine assembly process,realize the monitoring of assembly workshop,and conduct real-time detection and anomaly recognition of assembly quality characteristics data.The specific research work of this thesis is as follows:(1)Firstly,in view of the quality control requirements of Marine diesel engine assembly process,the research of Marine diesel engine assembly process quality control system based on digital twinning is carried out.According to the characteristics of Marine diesel engine assembly process and the principle of digital twinning technology,the requirements of Marine diesel engine assembly process quality control based on digital twinning are determined,the digital twinning framework and operation mechanism of Marine diesel engine assembly process quality control are constructed,and the key technologies are analyzed and studied.The overall structure of the quality control system of Marine diesel engine’s digital twinning assembly process based on digital twinning is designed.The function design and system database design of data acquisition and control chart pattern recognition module in the assembly process quality control system are described in detail.(2)Secondly,considering the characteristics of strong correlation between the quality data of Marine diesel engine assembly process and the application data requirements of digital twinning technology,the research of key quality control point data acquisition technology based on digital twinning is carried out.In order to reduce the complexity of data acquisition and processing,an evaluation model of assembly quality control points was constructed based on AHP method.Considering that the current Marine diesel engine assembly quality information detection mainly relies on manual,which is easy to cause assembly errors and affect the assembly efficiency and performance of Marine diesel engine,the automatic detection method is introduced and combined with manual detection to build a twin data acquisition framework to ensure the real-time and accuracy of data acquisition.(3)Thirdly,in order to solve the problems of high assembly accuracy requirement of Marine diesel engine and the difficulty of data monitoring in actual assembly process,an intelligent recognition method of abnormal patterns in Marine diesel engine assembly quality control chart is proposed.Using data extraction and data fusion technology,feature extraction and feature fusion of Marine diesel engine quality characteristics data are carried out to reduce the impact of data fluctuation and other factors on identification results.An adaptive decision fusion model for pattern recognition of control graph was constructed,and the performance of the model was guaranteed by setting decision weights and ALO algorithm.The results show that this method has high accuracy and stability in pattern recognition of control chart.(4)Finally,based on the above system function design and related technology research,on the basis of the existing digital twin assembly system,the quality control system of Marine diesel engine assembly process based on digital twin is developed.The development framework of the assembly quality control system is constructed,the workflow of the data acquisition and control chart pattern recognition module is introduced,and the operation process of the data acquisition and control chart pattern recognition module is demonstrated to realize the quality control of Marine diesel engine data acquisition and assembly process.
