| Metal ions and anions widely exist in our body,and are closely related to human’s health.As human body’s necessary elements,they play an indispensable role in human’s growth,development and the maintenance of necessary physiological functions.However,metal ions and anions are also pollutants that do great harm to the environment,and the environmental pollution caused by them has also been increasingly attracted day by day.Therefore,it has the important significance to effectively monitor and identify them in the environment and organisms.Organic fluorescence probe detection has many advantages,such as simple and fast operation,high reaction sensitivity,excellent selectivity and low cost.In recent years,it has been widely used in the research of ion monitoring and has become an ideal mean of ion monitoring.In this paper,three new organic fluorescence probes were designed and prepared,and their corresponding fluorescence sensing performance and sensing mechanism were verified by fluorescence emission spectrum,UV-vis absorption spectrum,cell imaging and other characterization methods,and the potential application of this method in the field of biological tracing is found.The contents of the specific work as follow:1.A fluorescent probe for CN-detection was successfully designed and prepared by chemical modification of indolium iodide.The fluorescent probe QLD-1 has good selectivity and sensitivity to CN-,and it can effectively recognize some common anions like CN-.The combination ratio of probe QLD-1 to CN-is 1:1,and the combination constant is 1.6×104M-1,the detecting limit was calculated to be 1.53×10-6 M.At the same time,the probe QLD-1 can be used to detect CN-in organisms through cell fluorescence imaging experiments and zebrafish specific labeling experiments.2.Based on carbazole derivatives,a fluorescent probe was designed and prepared for the detection of Cu2+in an approximate aqueous solution.The probe was combined with Cu2+in the form of 1:1,and it had good selectivity among common metal ions.The solution before and after the detection had obvious quenching phenomenon under the irradiation of 365nm ultraviolet lamp,and achieved the effect of fluorescence"on-off".The cell imaging experiment and zebrafish imaging experiment further verified the development prospect of its application of the biological field.3.In this experiment,a new selectivity and sensitive Cu2+fluorescence probe was designed and synthesized.The compound showed obvious fluorescence quenching effect with the addition of Cu2+,and had the ability of quantitative analysis due to the formation of1:1 metal ligand complex. |
