The Yellow River Delta is located in the northeast of Dongying City,Shandong Province. It is a delta wetland system at the mouth of the Yellow River. It is one of the largest wetlands in China and one of the largest deltas in the world. The unique geographical advantages provide unique living conditions for many rare species in our country,so that their species diversity has been maintained at a high level. The wetland ecosystem in the Yellow River Delta has an important impact on hydrological processes, material transfer and biosphere functions. The alluvial material from the upper reaches of the Yellow River is deposited here, forming a large amount of silt and sandbars, which have become an important part of the wetland ecosystem, allowing a large number of wetland organisms to survive here. However, due to the interference of human activities, the wetland ecosystem of the Yellow River Delta is being destroyed and the ecological environment is deteriorating. In order to study the ecological environment quality of the Yellow River Delta, this paper takes the Yellow River Delta as the research area, selects Landsat remote sensing images in 2000,2003,2006,2008,2010,2013,2015,2018,and 2020,and calculates the greenness,Dryness, humidity, heat, and build a remote sensing ecological index model. The improved remote sensing ecological index IRSEI is obtained by fitting the population distribution indicators simulated by luminous remote sensing and land use data to RSEI.Combined with the traditional comprehensive evaluation of ecological indicators, the spatio-temporal variation of ecological environment quality in the study area, and the influencing factors,on this basis,an improved ecological environment evaluation system that can fit the population distribution to the remote sensing ecological index is designed.Concluded as follow:(1)There is a linear correlation between the gridded population distribution of Dongying and its township census data simulated by the linear regression model, spatial lag regression model, and random forest regression model. The correlation coefficients are 0.638,0.811,and 0.938,respectively.From the overall effect Look, the population distribution simulated by linear regression and spatial lag regression generally presents the characteristics of contiguous contiguousness, while the population distribution simulated by random forest can better reflect the details.(2)The average IRSEI values of the study area in 2000,2003,2006,2008,2010,2013,2015,2018,and 2020 were 0.538,0.571,0.489,0.521,0.460,0.482,0.557,0.392,and 0.512,respectively.The quality of its ecological environment is mainly average, and the overall trend is slowly declining.(3)Factors affecting the quality of the ecological environment in the study area include natural factors and human factors.Among the natural factors, rainfall is the main factor affecting the ecological environment, and among the human factors, impervious surfaces and other construction land are important factors affecting the ecological environment.(4)According to the research content of the ecological environment assessment of the Yellow River Delta,an improved remote sensing ecological index analysis system was designed and developed.Functions such as project management, authority verification, image data management, online processing and report generation have been realized. This system provides a strong information platform for ecological quality and environmental assessment in various regions.
