With the development of mobile Internet,marketing environment that enterprises faced is quite different than before.It is more and more difficult for traditional marketing mode to adapt to the increasing consumer demand for personalization.,how to cater to consumers in the era of mobile internet is a common problem faced by the retail industry and a great challenge to the traditional jewelry industry.In 2020,the COVID-19 outbreak has hit jewelry enterprises hard in their offline stores.However,it has also become a huge opportunity for jewelry enterprises to develop online marketing.Based on the research background of mobile internet,this paper takes enterprise marketing as an entry point to explore the marketing optimization reform path of traditional jewelry enterprises.In this paper,the research of A Jewelry Company marketing strategy under the background of mobile Internet was based on means of literature and case analysis.With the continuous development of mobile Internet,consumer demands,consumption patterns,technology applications have also undergone rapid changes.This paper uses the "4D theory" with Internet thinking as the core to explore the marketing strategy of A Jewelry Company.Through the empirical analysis of the questionnaire,it is found that after sales,consumers are invited to fill in the purchase evaluation,improve product quality and service according to the suggestions submitted by consumers online,let consumers know more about the brand concept,and establish a consumer community,In addition,through the analysis of the internal and external marketing environment of the enterprise,the author proposed the market segmentation,target market selection and market positioning of A Jewelry Company.Based on the framework of "4D theory",the author proposed suggestions for improvement and optimization of marketing strategies in terms of obtaining consumer demand,big data application,customer value transmission and dynamic communication.This paper provides a useful study for the marketing strategy formulation of A Jewelry Company in the new Internet era,and also provides a reference for other jewelry companies to formulate marketing strategies,contributing to the healthy development of the jewelry market.
