After the fire,the toxic and harmful gases in the high temperature smoke will form a dangerous area in the underground roadway,and a large amount of smoke will gradually reduce the visibility of the underground,and the evacuation risk of the underground is gradually increasing,which greatly affects the judgment of the underground staff on the escape route.In disaster relief operations,rescuers are expected to make and implement decisions quickly and accurately.Therefore,it is of great significance to master the flow pattern of smoke flow during the disaster period and determine the evacuation routes downhole.In this paper,the changes of temperature and gas concentration in the "T" tunnel during a metal mine fire are studied by means of data review,simulation and theoretical analysis,and the hazard zones are classified,and the best evacuation route for the Heilangou mine is determined.The main contents are as follows:(1)A deep well "T" type fire model under high temperature and high humidity was established based on FDS software.The smoke flow in the mine roadway during the fire process was numerically simulated to monitor the changes in the temperature and concentration of toxic gases in the roadway.The CO,CO2 gas in the flue gas and the temperature of the flue gas were taken as the assessment objects to classify the risk during the disaster period of the mine roadway.Combined with the classification results of high temperature and toxic gas,the relationship between the total scope of the danger area and time was determined through mathematical fitting,and the change law of temperature and toxic gas concentration with time and space in the "T" tunnel in the fire development stage was revealed.(2)The metal mine model was established by FDS software,and the numerical simulation of fire in Hailangou gold mine was carried out to observe the changes of temperature,CO concentration and smoke visibility in the mine during the disaster period.The calculation of ASET(available safe evacuation time)was improved by introducing the formula of fire personnel limit endurance time,and a new method of ASET calculation was proposed,and the ASET values of each area were calculated based on two indicators of temperature and CO concentration,which provided data theoretical support for the subsequent calculation of evacuation path risk values.(3)Coupling the FDS simulation results in Chapter 4 with Pathfinder to simulate the evacuation of underground mine fires.The evacuation risk of people in different areas was calculated by combining the ASET values calculated earlier,and the evacuation routes were weighted and compared to arrive at the best evacuation route for the underground mine section of Heilangou.
