| As a traditional manufacturing industry,coking enterprises have a large amount of carbon emissions in their life cycle,from the initial raw materials to the final waste recycling.Under the constraint of "dual carbon" target,the company should realize the necessity and urgency of carbon emission reduction,take precautions,and explore reasonable paths to reduce carbon emission for better development of the company.Based on the production process of coking enterprises,this thesis takes Life Cycle Assessment(LCA)as the core method by usin Balance4nce4.0 software,this thesis mainly discusses the process optimization path of coking enterprises,excavates the main influencing factors in the process flow,studies how to apply the LCA model to the carbon emission reduction work,and combines the characteristics of specific industries,by analyzing and evaluating the carbon emission level of production process and its influencing factors,the LCA model can realize the data simulation and output of different stages and processes.Based on the LCA carbon emission measurement system,a scientific and reasonable carbon emission reduction measurement and management mechanism is established to ensure the normalization of carbon emission monitoring,to optimize the management systemThrough the improvement of the process flow,the carbon emissions generated in the production process are reduced,which provides support for the reduction of carbon emissions in the production of coking enterprises,reduces the carbon emissions of the unit product,and improves the efficiency of the production process.In order to provide a scientific method with practical reference value for P company to carry out carbon emission and carbon saving,and put forward a better practice optimization path for the coking enterprises including P Company.At the same time,LCA for other products to provide reference and technical updates. |
