Scaling occurs in all aspects of oilfield production,has a significant impact on equipment and tubing,reduces oil well productivity,raises oilfield development costs,and has a significant impact on normal oilfield production.It is difficult to select cost-effective and applicable anti-scaling measures due to the numerous factors influencing oilfield scaling and the complex scaling situation.This paper investigates the impact of various factors on scaling,proposes an optimal system of oilfield economic scale prevention technology,and recommends a reasonable and effective scale prevention and descaling scheme for the LH oilfield.The main type of scale-forming substance in the LH oilfield was determined to be Ca CO3,and the effects of different factors such as scale-forming ion concentration,temperature,p H value,and pressure on the scale-out amount were studied using a combination of theoretical prediction and laboratory tests.It was observed that when the scale-forming ion concentration increased from 0.013 mol/L to 0.025 mol/L,the amount of scaling increased by about 1.55 times;increasing the temperature by 1°C increased the amount of scaling by about 0.1 times;and when the produced water was alkaline,the amount of scaling increased greatly.The amount of scaling increases by about 9.4%for every point of p H increase.For every 1MPa increase in pressure,the amount of scaling decreases by 2.5%,with a small change.A set of anti-fouling optimization systems based on AHP and expert scoring methods based on safety and economic principles is proposed.The system constructs a hierarchical structure model of the factors influencing the optimization of anti-scaling technology,quantifies the proportions of the influencing factors,proposes applicable economic measures,improves the operational efficiency of each link,and avoids problems caused by insufficient or redundant anti-scaling.a price increase The use of chemical antiscalants in the LH oilfield is recommended by the application of this system.The scale inhibitory effects of HYZ-107,BHF-302C,and HYZ-121 were thoroughly investigated using dynamic and static scale inhibitor effect evaluation methods at various additive concentrations,temperatures,p H values,pressures,and flow rates.The scale inhibitor HYZ-107 was made available.An orthogonal experiment was used to determine the optimal working condition of HYZ-107,and the concentration of scale inhibitor under this condition was 15ppm.Recommend a scale inhibitor scheme for the LH oilfield under the same working conditions.The descaling performance of 1#and 2#descaling agents was thoroughly studied under various additive concentrations,temperatures,p H values,and flow rates using dynamic and static descaling agent evaluation methods,and the 2#descaling agent was chosen.An orthogonal experiment was used to determine the optimal working condition of 2#descaling agent,and the concentration of descaling agent under this condition was 15%.For the LH oilfield,a descaling agent scheme under the same working conditions is recommended.
