| As two important pipelines for crude oil in Xinjiang,the KW Pipeline and the KD Pipeline cover a wide variety of oils and oil types and flows of the two pipelines are closely related to each other.At the beginning of the KW Pipeline and the KD Pipeline,different directions and corresponding flows in each direction of the same oil could place influence on the economic benefits of Xinjiang Oilfield Company.Therefore,it is necessary to take the KW Pipeline and the KD Pipeline as a whole system and optimize their operating strategies.Through analysis of on-site running data and the viscosity of different oils in KW Pipeline and KD Pipeline,the present study converted the characteristic curve of pump unit when it transported oil with different viscosities under different working conditions.It also calculated the OHTCs of different parts of the pipelines in different seasons which laid the basis for further hydraulic and thermodynamic calculation.With analysis of energy expenditure,oil sales and transportation revenue of each pipeline,this study created a coordinated operation optimization model for KW and KD system with the principle of interest maximization.This model was approached based on PSO with directions/flows of different oils and operation parameters as the controlled variables while inlet and outlet temperature and pressure,heating furnace power,and pump head as constraint conditions.According to the on-site running data of the KW Pipeline and the KD Pipeline in2020,total monthly profits in spring and autumn,summer and winter were calculated.Corresponding optimizing plans for each season were reckoned by employing the optimization model.It was found that total monthly profit in spring and autumn,summer and winter could increase by 8.4%,8.8%,and 8.5% respectively. |
